I visited the is location. There was an employee yelling from the dining area at other employees. The cashier Alexis was very polite and professional. But seemed very timid & intimated by the bully employee yelling from the dining area. Employees like Alexis get overlooked while the negative employee gets praised for poor performance. My reason for writing this is because Alexis is a lot like myself and should be promoted. As, she adds value to this location.
Lobby is closed so I had to place a mobile order. When I walked in to pick it up they told me to put a mask on, which would have been fine except not a single employee had a mask on and I was the only customer in the lobby. While waiting for the food, one employee was repeatedly coughing while making the food and not wearing a mask. When I did get my food the drink was incorrect and the chicken sandwich was made wrong and not near as good as some other locations I’ve had it. I will say that they seemed very busy and the employees appeared to be working hard. Just not a great experience overall.
Been trying to call for an hour and can’t get though, I’m pregnant and don’t feel like going back out. I got a famous bowl. And some how time and time again they mess up something my baby craving it so I go there. But I got a famous bowl and the chicken was all burnt and hard and you can tell it was old. Like I worked in fast food for years and I would never serve anyone food I wouldn’t eat even if it was inconvenient at all. People pay they money why would you rather someone come back and complain. A lot of people scared that the employees will do something to there food so they just don’t say anything at all. Which isn’t fair. I know how it work if you eat there and you work there you make sure your food is fresh why not make sure the customers food fresh as well?
Whoever you had preparing the chicken Saturday between 3 and 5 pm, you're not paying enough. Might have been the best cooked chicken I've had in a while.
So.... this place is only open to do 'drive thru' traffic???Im staying at the hotel across the street... with no car.Uhhhh nope.
After 15 minutes in the drive through I ordered $47 worth of food and nothing came correct. I received 10 of 12 pieces of chicken, NONE of my sides, they must have decided they would just give me anything. Then their phone is disconnected so I have to come back when they re-open tomorrow this was just a bad experience. These folks have ruined my family dinner.
My order was correct and the chicken sandwich was delicious, not to mention those fries, perfect!
Order the original chicken didn't really taste like original
The person at the drive through window had a slight attitude but it wasn’t as bad as most but she explained that she was the only person there which was really not the Customers fault
Customer service is a no no 7 people in the store and it took me forever to get to the window and when I got up there the young lady has no Customer service at all and this is my KFC I always go to so
