I live near this store. There is never a line. I know why now. I bought some wings, they were fried hard with old grease.
Customer service was awful. I had to say thank you first and greet the cashier and the quality of the chicken was awful. Cashier definitely needs to be retrained.

Highland location sucks I have been here in three different times I no good service is hard to find but the customer service in drive through the young ladies with attitude need Jesus or a new job… if you don’t want to work stay at home.. fix it Jesus
Such a shame chicken was great but tha servers attitude makes me never want to eat there again stayed in drive thru 5 minutes b4 she even said anything my money is hard enough to get won't give it away again to a rude server
The chicken didn't have any flavor and it was very rubbery. I've called a few times to inform them but they refuse to answer. And no they aren't busy as of 115p
Terrible food. Incorrect order and we literally must have gotten the bottom of the barrel chicken. Gross!
Manager is terrible. Has a bad attitude for no reason at all. She is the reason their score is a 3.2. She needs to find another job. I will never spend mo ey there. Canceled my order today because of hwr.
