Wings were freshly cooked but half the size of other restaurants
How can you expect to operate a restaurant with only 1 employee?
I ordered 1 chicken breast and 1 thigh mash potatoes no gravy a large Pepsi.However I received one breast One Wing mashed potato and gravy a Pepsi they taste like water was very dissatisfied with my meal could not return I was on the way to a meeting.
I had a 45min wait in the drive thru & a 10pc was over 30$. Plus my chicken was soggy

It's a KFC in downtown Memphis. That being said, they were nice today and the meal and the drink both came out fine. Not always the case, but today. All good.
KFC Chicken is not good like it use to be. Everytime that I go to KFC. The chicken is not fresh and old. The biscuit is very hard not fresh. And I never get ice into my beverages when I order. Memphis TN has the worst fast food chains in the United States. Bad staffs not trained right as well. KFC is not the only one that I will give bad reviews to. Popeyes,Taco Bell, Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's and Church's chicken. Nasty food. Half cooked, incorrected orders, Staffs that are very ghetto. Just horrible.
The chicken was over cooked but because it had enough pepper and seasonings I was able to eat it. Original is NOT crispy at all anytime!
