Not safe nor friendly! Zero customer service! Went in to use their bathroom. An employee unlocked the bathroom door WITHOUT KNOCKING NOR SAYING ANYTHING! I yelled, "occupied!" The employee had the audacity to walk away without ever apologizing and leaving the door unlocked! I had to lock the door again, myself. Afterwards, I attempted to order food. Which never happened because all the employees were too busy chatting it up in the back. Not a single employee was up front near the cash register. My 4 year old toddler could not understand why we were not getting serviced: "Mommy, I'm hungry. They have food. You have money." That's right. I had the money. However, WE WERE IGNORED! No one ever acknowledged our presence. I'm not one to make a scene so I replied to my toddler: "Sad, but true, not all people are kind and that's why being kind and having manners is so important. Now, let's go to an even better place to eat!" I should've known they had no customer service after my terrifying bathroom experience, however, I still gave them a second chance by attempting to order food. FAIL! FAIL! Never again!
Wanted KFC pretty bad after visiting Bass Pro, walked through the front door around 11:30am and was immediately told "we're closed." And then I heard, "we need to lock the door." No explanation, just we're closed. I asked "completely or just for a time?" We're closed. There were plenty of employees there so I have no idea why. It was just very rude. Maybe I expected too much from a business in downtown Memphis.
Drive thru order taker was outstanding. He got every part of a large order correct and was very pleasant on a freezing cold day during an ice storm. Great job!!!
Used to be a good KFC, customer service has completely collapsed. I was waiting ~5 minutes at the drive thru when it was my turn, and after dead silence all that time I asked if anyone was there. "Hello?"Got screamed at for impatience and that I needed to hold, despite no one telling me prior that there would be more than a 5 minute wait between cars. After they finally took my order, I was told there would be a 15 minute wait for "all chicken orders." At a KFC.Awful. I drove off without a word, as did the car behind me.
There was a problem today but I have ordered from these folks several times over the years and the service is usually good and friendly.
That little girl with that long ponytail in the drive thru with the nastiest attitude and was very rude...And was standing there on her cell phone while I was enquiring about my order....Kfc Thomas and Poplar...Memphis TN today's date October 28th 2021and the time is 6:10 P.M....I took my money elsewhere...You might wanna be a little nicer you didn't have any customers spending but me at the time
Food was Great but they forgot my straws
Negative 5, ????down, I ate 1 tender and got sick less than a hour, couldn't even Dinah the first one, regurgitated Tuesday till Friday night

Manager had one other person working with her this day and manager was very courteous and had an amazing smile and attitude. Order was perfect.
