I purchased lunch at the KFC on Austin Peay, in Memphis, TN. When I didn't see a line at the drive thru, I should've left and gone somewhere else. I didn't. I placed my order for 4 pieces of original chicken. I paid nearly $3 for each piece of chicken because my total price was almost $12. For my $12, I received 4 unusually small pieces of chicken that were greasy and dry. Never again. I can't wait to see what Bojangles has to offer.
They didn't have any potpies,the drive thru speaker wasn't working and the lady was slick rude.
I paid $38.40 for a 12pc family meal. I got home and had only 8 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits, but three large sides. I tried to call them for 2 hours straight after getting home to discover this and the phone must've been off the hook because it was always busy. Maybe that's because they don't want to hear people complain, lol. I just wcompany. be compensated but do not have time to drive tonight. I guess I'll try disputing with my credit card company.
Good food and service especially with this shortage of staff but still timely
There were people inside sitting down eating and some sleeping. They wouldn't let us come inside and place orders. They had the doors locked and those people were not workers because kids were inside also. We had to go through the drive thru and it took over 30 minutes.
Last time I will ever get food from this place. Very simple order. I explained to the employee that was working the drive threw that I have allergies and needed my sandwich a certain way. She wasn't all that polite to begin with. Unbelievable she still gave me the sandwich the way I couldn't eat it. Unfortunately I had to throw the entire order away. I started getting sick as soon as I opened the sandwich. What a shame and disappointment. It won't happen twice
I went to KFC at about 5:00 on 1/28/2022. I ordered $46.00 worth of food and they gave me the wrong kind of chicken and left off the pot pie. I was on my way to pick up grandson then work, so I couldn't go back. I know people make mistakes but when I called,Busy signal as if the phone is off the hook. I just want them to know it needs to be corrected.
Kentucky fried chicken meal for 5.85 total 6.86. This will feed you A good dinner at a Reasonable price
Everything was nice and hot the line was long had to wait for about 15 min.
Just left this location the young lady at the speaker told me they didn't have chicken and they only had pot pies and that the chicken would be a 45 minute Wait.
