Just had dinner here with my wife for the first time in several years. Appetizer we had was spinach and artichoke dip. It as well as the chips were just down right delicious. We ordered these giant grab leg meals that were the most delicious things I have ever tasted. Even our drinks were on point. Susan was our server and she was just a delightful person. We will be having our date night here from now on.
Well the old lady wanted crab.lol so wewent to crab shack 102 bones first time last time.The first waitress put her foot up on the chair as she took our order and the other Waitress that brought our food carried the steak sauce in her arm pit.yea I said the same thing.so the wife's dish was more a gumbo.the lobster claws were fishy couldn't eat em.after she cracked the crab it was two spoons.so here we sit in the burger king drive thru.the steak was broiled done on the out .moo moo on the in.beer was coldAnd the 6 shrimp I got well you have to look at the pics.way to go Memphis we hit another.oh almost forgot the spinach dip fantastic
Everything was good up until the point I came across a long red strand of hair that was found in my shrimp scampi. After that my dinner was pretty much ruin. The waiter was really nice about replacing my dinner but by this time it's a little to quick to get past the trauma.
Food and drinks were good. Food came out fast and our server was very friendly.
Even though they were short staffed..our lovely bartender server was very sweet and attentive! Everything was delicious! Happy Birthday to me! ?????
I absolutely love Joe’s Crab Shack. I live in Little Rock and have on numerous occasions did a day trip to Memphis to eat at this exact location. I haven’t been since COVID. Well, I will NEVER return. First the server got my order wrong and brought me a steam pot instead of a crab bucket. So, I had to wait for whole other pot of crab legs while my boyfriend finished his food. Then when it came the crab was mushy. I couldn’t even eat the rest it was horrible. Not the quality I remember. Then told the server and all he could do was say he was sorry and then hand me a $92 bill…. So, I literally spent $45… yup! FORTY FIVE dollars on the one crab cluster I actually ate. I NEVER leave a crab leg behind and I practically left them all there- no to go box please. I will never be back if that is the type of service you can expect for how much they charge.
It was good. Hostess could have been more attentive. This is the one we stop at when visiting Memphis or passing through.

Food was great, well cooked only thing was the fried I felt was a bit greasy but everything else was great, waitress very nice and kept up when they were busy. Manager was nice to open the door for costumers and thank them for dining in and to have a good night. Would recommend this restaurant.
Me and my little sister went out one Sunday night for dinner with our sons. It was about 8:15 when we made it. It took us a little second to order food. When we finally decided to order food, the food came out quickly! Which caused us to wonder. Appetizers were disgusting, they add tomato’s to their spinach dip!?? Me and my sister ordered the Duncan special (seafood) for two, when I tell you the food was very unappetizing. It had little to NO seasoning. I’ve been to many seafood places and this one here was the absolute worse. When the waiter gave us our food she proceeded to say. We are trying to get people up out of here we close at 9:00 p.m It was about 8:40 when the waiter made that comment. So not only did we have unseasoned food, we were being rushed to eat it! We spent just about 150$ for nastiest sea food ever! I’ve been here before which is why I brought my sister here. They HAD TO BEEN HAVING A BAD NIGHT. But that bad night costed you a few customers!
