Delivery is terribly slow. If you can’t handle it and get it to people in a reasonable time, don’t take the order. Over and hour and 30 minutes is ridiculous.
Ordered a turkey with everything but mayo and this is what I got
Love Jimmy John's but not this one. Terrible service, they rarely get the orders right and the bread is usually hard.
They were rude they got my order wrong and when I called them I was put on hold for 7 minutes. I called and the girl told me she was the only one in there. When I went to get lunch there was 4. Asked for corporate number she tells me that she didn't know the number asked a fellow worker the number then tells me she is sure I would find it. Never will I waste my money over there again.
Today we had an 18-hour wait for our food with DoorDash (technical difficulties and miscommunication), and my sandwich arrived with everything on it instead of how I ordered it. This location has cancelled orders in the past and generally been frustrating with delivery, which was not the case years ago (this Jimmy John's used to deliver sandwiches to my workplace in less than 10 minutes from order time).On the other hand, their food really is delicious, and if you go to the actual store, they're incredibly fast. Don't order delivery from this store, but definitely do eat there if you get the chance.
Cashier didn’t seem to know how to use words or be helpful at all. The only thing he said to me was, “combo?”, as he just slouched on the counter without a care that that there were customers.
Still my favorite sandwich place East Coast spicy Italian was great Little bit costly but you do get what you pay for

Terrible, rude service. I ordered food at 12:47pm which is usually when lunch hour is dying down. My work is 8 mins away (2.5 miles). I called around 1:07 to check my order, they say its out for delivery (order tracker says its not). So I wait. Finally order tracker updates around 12:35 saying out for delivery. Wait some more. I called after an hour to check, a rude lady answers and makes only excuses, no apologies, cant tell me where my order is but "its on its way." My food didn't get delivered until 2:15pm.So not only is the service bad, they lied to me that the order was already out much earlier than it was.
1.5 hours for a blt and I live a block away.... had to call twice. Everyone at this location is stoned or missing a few eggs upstairs.... freaky fast more like freak fail... no wonder it’s empty most the time. I have seen faster sloths.
