My son is allergic to dairy, and while visiting from out of the are, we wanted to find a place for a treat, I’m so glad we stumbled upon Jerry’s Sno Cones! My kids who wanted ice cream, got ice cream, and my son who’s allergic to dairy got a sno cone- as well as myself. No complaints from my crew! Everything was delicious!
Interesting place to get a snow cone w ice cream in it.Good value and wide variety of flavors.Easy parking and a safe area.
Highly disappointed! Money wasted the snow cones was literally melted when I received them. Spent over $20. I’m so disappointed. The cashier (female) was rude my first and last time coming here.
The kids working here used to be the highlight of the place…however, the employees are the rudest ever… not to mention the snow ones used to be amazingggg….and the past few times….my syrup on the ice has been flavorful at the top but then has a subtle expired/foot taste….the wait time used to be worth it…today we waited for 30 minutes just for someone to even come to the window…one of the kids that I’m assuming worked there was able to go in….come out with 7 snow cones and food…meanwhile, the people who’ve paid for their things had been standing since we had gotten there and the order line not moving at all..::go anywhere else
The absolute best! When we're visiting from L.A. we always need our Jerry's run. Delicious mix of snow cone mixed with vanilla ice cream the Shrek is my personal jam. Just go.
My sno cone supreme was good as always, but the ‘chili cheese fries’ couldn’t be worst. I honestly think they just open a random can of ‘chili’ (anything tomato based), and a can of neon orange cheese sauce and poured it on some half cooked fries. Won’t be ordering that ever again. Nasty.
If I could give it a negative star I would. I just moved out here and this was my 4th time coming. I have NEVER been spoken to the way this man spoke to me. Rather I should say he yelled at me because they were closed. I don't know the times they are open so i was trying to asking so I would know for next time. Instead, he just kept tapping on the glass and said they were having power issues very rudely. The lady wasn't any better. I even apologized, thinking maybe I offended him in someway. But no. Everyone saw them yelling at me and how them yelling caused my 5 year old to cry about the whole situation. I probably will never go back there to be honest. That truly is unfortunate and probably karma for being rude. Isn't the 1st time they were rude either. But I thought I'd give them another chance since the young lady apologized on behalf of her coworker.She was too busy tapping on the glass saying read the sign when the sign said OPEN. ?

I’ve been visiting Jerry’s for many years now, even in what most would consider the “off seasons”. I had family visiting from out of town and decided to treat us all to one of my “favorite” places (3/17).Per usual the line was long; however, I assured them it was all worth the wait. Once we received our order, I noticed that several of the cups lacked juice throughout (squeezing the bottoms of the cup, you could feel the ice crunch). I brought this to the attention of the young lady at the window and she disagreed instantly and said that the flavor I had was a white color. Ironically, I’d just visited the night before (3/16) and ordered the same exact thing and I didn’t have that issue. However, there were some other young ladies that were complaining about a lack of juice throughout, on my 3/16 visit, and were being disregarded as well. Ultimately, I asked to speak w/ management on 3/17 and was told there was none, and called the Cordova location and was told the owner would contact me back. Still haven’t heard anything. Whereas, this all could’ve been rectified by simply adding a little juice to a sno-cone, it’s the lack of customer care for a issue so small that made me feel the worst.
They have been skimpy on the ice cream lately as well as I have been getting my fried pickles undercooked the past few times. I know they can do better because up until recently I never had an issue
