I love Jason’s deli, but this location is terrible. My husband and I each ordered a salad bar with our meals. After making our salads and returning to our table, the man in the kitchen very loudly started pointing at us and laughing, while saying that the man running the bar needed to watch better because we took “too much” at a salad bar. Made us very uncomfortable and upset. We will not be returning to this location ever again. No reason paying customers should be made fun of in front of a dining room of customers and be pointed and laughed at.

Great meat ball sub sandwiches.

Me and my husband went to Jason deli tonight for two potatoes we get all the way home just to fine out there not done at all. Call back to let them know and the response was oh we sorry.

The restaurant was VERY clean, customer service representative was happy & friendly, service was fast, and the salad bar was fully stocked and clean. Very impressed.

California club not made like it usually is had very little avocado. Little bacon ordered fruit to accompany it and chips came out. Had to get up and replace tables. Really a mess but I have to say there was nobody standing around and there they were all busy so there was no way I could really get upset about that. They were probably short-handed. The salad bar was great. The young man was really hustling. Trying to keep up. Bathrooms were clean

Can't get an order right to save their lives. Ordered online not ready for 30 mins. No problem. Get there, pay and after another 30 mins get told that the time given is just an estimate and they are busy? Busy how? No one has come in since we did and your people been standing around. Finally got our food and had to ask to get our muffins, the Mac and cheese was cold, we had stuff we didn't order and never got out chips and salsa. Sandwiches some how leaked all over the bottom of the bag? No bacon on the club royal. Baked potato was raw.

The food was good until on our trip for another salad we were told the salad bar is one trip only. I don’t understand that.

Jason's Deli is always a good choice. Great Reuben sandwich and salad bar were my choice today.

Placed an order at 12:56pm for a grilled cheese and soup. After 35 minutes still no food. Place was only 1/3 full and no one else was ordering. Go to check on my order and it was still far down in the queue. Got a refund on my order with no apology or offer to make it asap. Avoid this place!

This is a place that "should be" better than it is.I have been to many similar restaurants across the country and this one is at the bottom of the barrel. Three visits to this location and Im not sure I will go back. The concept is good, but everything after walking in falls apart. From the very beginning, the person taking your order seems to be annoyed and really not friendly. It stands out and frankly have considered walking out because of it. I should have.Walking down the line, you can see the food prep folks are trying to get things done, and usually, as you move down the line, you can see your food getting assembled and you would collect it at the end.Not here - you might as well get comfy because you will be waiting. Not to worry though, because the show is about to begin. If you can find a clean table - yes this is an issue at this location - you can enjoy the employees just waiting to jump on a customer about the salad bar. Yup - this is a one and done salad bar and they have posted signs about no return trips. They are militant about it. Ive never witnessed such behavior towards customers before - yelling at old folks that clearly only ordered salad bar. Honestly, especially for the price paid, there is no reason for this to be a one and done. Covid reasons? Then they shouldn't have an open salad bar at all. Its cheap and tacky to see this happen and I have witnessed it - EVERY, SINGLE visit. Now considering that they have a DEDICATED Salad Bar staff member, its surprising how many items are out of stock. Every time I have visited - without fail - I watch customers have to politely ask for items to be replaced as they were empty. Its very odd - especially when they have a person overseeing this one simple thing.Onto the moving portion of the show. The single person with the cart to buss tables. I felt bad for this person as they clearly do not enjoy their job. Slowly working their way around the room, its a miracle if they actually handle more than one table during the lap around the room. Its clearly more theater than cleaning and theres nothing more appealing than them parking their cart next to your table while you try to enjoy your meal. Yup - this actually happened more than once. In all of the places for them to put it - its next to customers and not at the table they are "cleaning"At this point, you should just remove the "ice cream machine" - I say that because its obviously a decoration at this point. It hasn't operated for who knows exactly how long, but certainly months and never during any of my visits.Be better Jasons.
