We have been placing an office order here at least 2 yrs now, for the past 2 months our order has been a hour or so late. By the time the lunch comes the meeting is over and majority of the ppl are gone. This has been a complete waste of money. Most of the time they leave our drinks or someone food is wrong. I have contacted corporate but still not luck so I decided to just leave a review. I guess we will have to find another place to order from for our meeting.

I have been a loyal customer of Jason's since 2019 visiting on different days of the week. I love the salads and the manager's special and the ice cream. today 5/29/22 between 11 am and 12noon.my friends and me in eating and witnessed a group of people who came in with children the boys was about six or seven left at a table to themselves. they played with the salt and pepper shakers stacking and dropping them on the floor even putting them on their noses. the adults said nothing. i brought it to the manager's attention he never addressed the situation. we finally left our concern is do these tables and other things used are properly sanitized. may lose us as customers.🤨

There is an African American male (older man) who is a dishwasher at this location and should be fired. He threatened a young kid (employee) in front me while I was ordering. He bullied him so bad you can see the fear on this young man’s face and he said nothing to this older man, he continued to help myself and other customers. When I said something to the supervisor about it, they did nothing. I found out this dishwasher has been fired once’s but they allowed him to return. If this man will do this to an employee what do you think he will do to a customer?I have returned since this incident and found out the young kid quit because of the constant threats and assaults made by the dishwasher, I will never patronize this location as long as that man is employed there. Shame on managment for not protecting their employee

LOVE THAT SALAD BAR!! Also there's a soft serve ice cream machine there!! The sandwiches looked very appealing but when I saw ALL THE ITEMS ON THAT SALAD BAR... WHOA! I KNEW THAT'S WHAT I would order!

Met friends for lunch here because one friend likes it and it is close to his work. Orders were taken fast and repeated back. However two of 3 orders were wrong and on wrong kind of bread. Soup was lukewarm - and no covid protocols going on. Extremely pricey for what you get. There are plenty of other places and I would recommend going elsewhere.

Placed a group pick up order. None of the add on items we were charged extra for were added to the food. Also paid for a half mufaletta and they only put a 1/4th mufaletta in the bag. Also, the "hard boiled" eggs were disgusting and mushy. Never seen anything like it. First time ordering here in forever and also the last. I should have stuck with Kwik Check.

I got the tomatoe basil soup and grilled cheese. So, glad they have the salad bar back.Excellent staff and not a long wait

Always love their fabulous salad bar and chicken pot pie soup

I absolutely love Jason's deli, some of the best sandwiches around and you cannot forget about that huge salad bar, it's the first time I get full off of salad cause I have so much on it! It's always clean around the salad bar and always looks fresh and that says a lot coming from a former restaurant mgr.

I ordered a Pollo Mexicano Baked Potato as soon as I got in and stood off to the side for about 30 minutes before one of the employees yelled that there were no more baked potatoes. Another 10 minutes passes and another employee tells me that they are out of potatoes and said that the cashier didn't hear that they were out of potatoes. The employee then asked if I would I like potato soup(?)! I came for the potato not soup. They didn't offer to make anything better, so I had them credit me the money I spent for the potato that didn't exist before I ordered. There seemed to be a lot of confusion on orders and who was doing what in the background? Lots of workers walking around in circles. This is not my usual experience with this particular Jason's Deli. I'm not sure when I'll return.
