I ordered a Togo. Took an hour to get my food because it was not on the "grab and go" shelf. When we came in, it was only 2 orders sitting there. We asked the first girl and she went to check something out. When I requested a refund after 45 minutes (it was a school night and my kid needed to eat before bed and my kid swear their jokes are new) magically and oddly, my order was finished on time but was placed behind the register on a 4 or 5 tier shelf.Food: 2 of us ordered a salad and it was too much on there. I had 2 things taken off when I ordered and added an extra egg. It was all toppings on that salad ??? .. I found 6 halves of eggs in my salad. My kid enjoyed the sandwich. Yet, I would not return.
Salad bar was well kept and frequently serviced. The salad bar alone was definitely salad lovers paradise. Vegans you will not have any issues eating here. It's so nice to make your own salad period. No picking off items that you don't like or want in your salad.
I worked with this location from afar to schedule deliveries for catered meals to St. Jude. The customer service and communication I received was excellent. Mare was extremely helpful and responsive and accomodated updates to my orders quickly. I would highly recommend using them for catered lunches. It was convenient and the staff enjoyed their meals!
Ordered lunch for work staff and they were more than accommodating. Everything was perfect and the serving were plentiful. Best place hands down for catering.
Too bad ZERO is not an option!! Don't seem to be the sharpest tools in the shed...either can't read or can't count to two! When I got there to pick up my order, of course, it was wrong. This has happened way more than once, and I have finally decided to go ahead and just drive further to the other location. No more chances. The person who appeared to have the title of manaver then got agitated at me because THEY made my order incorrectly! I usuay don't write bad reviews, but seriously, do your job!!
Love this place! Grabbed lunch here on the way to a meeting in east Memphis. Had the grilled chicken and ranch potato with a cup of pot pie soup. It was delicious. The place is clean and the service is always fast and friendly.
Food on salad bar was good but apparently the business changed policy on return trips for more salad since last venture to Jason's. I wish that I had known from beginning. There are no smaller plates supplied if you want an item like a muffin (I don't want this on top of the salad!) Really pretty inconvenient and unaccommodating. I do understand a one trip approach but they need to make this clear from start. I am not sure that I will ever get the salad bar again.
Good food, but shorted us on gumbo for pick up order. 2.5 hours 'til close. 10 calls later, I can't get anyone to pick up the phone but the fax machine. Jason's can contact me by e-mail if they want to fix things, but I doubt they will. I can see why the place is empty. Order: 125618001088
We were trying to order on the app and kept getting errors. We tried everything we knew to do. But nothing worked.We finally just gave up. And Went about our way. A few moments later they called. The fella told us there were 6 orders. And wanted to know what was happening on our end to see if he could help! When we got there he told us the errors he saw and, we told him thank you so much for the courtesy and care in our orders and not charging us.I was blown away at the level of service. We just don’t see it much these days. I will take this level of service any day….
I have been many times . The word consistent comes to mind. I know all restaurants are suffering with help but the employees were extremely loud. Food was good but lacked being prepared with much care. It took away from enjoying my visit. Hopefully next time will be improved.
