Great food but poor customer service... while in drive-thru waited 10 min at the intercom with no type of acknowledgement that we were there... even after saying "hello" a couple of times just to make it known we are there... another time while at the window the customer service wasn't warm or welcoming as if they were bothered etc.
Always stop by Pirtles when we go to Memphis or just passing through. Best chicken in town! It was hot and fresh!
I hadn't eaten Jack Pirtle chicken in quite a while. The line was long but it's always been long. The batter on the chicken was different which made the chicken not taste as good. The gravy was still delicious. It will probably be a while before I return.
Not the place you go for customer service . They don’t answer questions or give napkins. The hot n spicy sauces was good the honey was not its honey gold sauce . It was 9 and the window was closed , nothing but wings but says close at 11. I’d try again early in day get the fried no sauce
The chicken was dry and we ordered dark received White. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.

Went to this establishment, only to be disappointed. Wait time is ridiculously long, poor customer service and food quality sucked. The older guy who works the window is rude. After the long wait, received my order and make it half way home(MS) to open my order and it was not fresh and gizzards wasn't fully cooked. Took order back and the older guy didn't apologize for the order being of poor quality. Only thing he said is do you want a refund? Sad
Jack Pirtles has definitely changed. The customer service and food isn't produced with love as it did back in the days.
I can fix my gizzard better than what I just got there. The only thing I like was the pink lemonade.
Chicken was seasoned well, crispy and moist. Wait time could be less.
