Recently went there just to be told they are doing a no cash thing so I got nothing... What in the world...? What kind of fast food place doesn't accept cash... Oh yeah the one I don't recommend.
My friend has been telling me about this place for awhile now so today was a perfect day to go. Service was fast. Was in and out in about 5 mins. This is a cashless place and the cookies are delicious. I got the deluxe 4 pack for $13.
Delicious! I just wish they were bigger for the price.We ordered one of cookie of every flavor to try them all.All of them were equally tasty!And so much better than the Crumbl Cookie.
My husband loves these cookies. For a special event, the only dessert that was befitting for the occasion was Insomnia! There was an initial mistake with my order and I was unable to pick up the remainder of my order due to welcoming guests. Even though the location was out of the delivery area, the Highland store went above and beyond to deliver the cookies to me. I'm thankful for the amazing customer service. 12 Mini Box Of Chocolate .. They Was So Fresh And Good
I was really let down. I expected these cookies to be good but they weren't particularly special. We tried 8 flavors and none of them left me wanting more or to even visit again. The service wasn't very good. Disorganized and slow. I placed an online order that was 20 minutes late. I let them know I had arrived and still had to remind them I was still waiting. The security guard noticed I shouldn't still be waiting and went to check on my order. She cared more than the employees and was the only one who seemed to know what to do or what was going on. I will not return.

My son was an employee of Insomnia Cookies and has not received his W2 and we have been calling, leaving messages, emailed, left messages with Human Resources, etc. Why is it so hard for my son, Thomas Terry, to receive his W2. I think it's time for me to report this company to the IRS. I do know that if it's not postmarked by January 31st, you can report the business to IRS and the company will incure fines.

When I think of insomnia cookies I think of Warm cookie cold milk. I got a cold cookie though lol. Despite that it was a pretty good mint chocolate cookie. I wish they had a hot sign on the outside of the building like Krispy Kreme
