This location is the better of the Memphis locations; only because every time I go the boss is always there. However, I have to constantly remind myself that IHOP uses sausage links and I always forget until my food comes out. The idea for the new entrées is always great, but the delivery is always lacking. I need to remember that the only thing worth getting is TRADITIONAL breakfast items. I tried one if their breakfast bowls and I loved the idea, because I make them at home... but then it came out with massive size chucks of cut up sausage links and half melted cheese. I ate about half.. that's about all I could stand. And as always the pancakes were on point. The dining room is very dated and the lobby smells like old moisture. Yet we will probably return...
In a word...nasty! Got to the table and saw where the table had one single wipe that left the table damp. Both sets of silverware had food stuck to them. Server brought only one replacement that was also dirty. When the food came out had to use coffee spoon to eat. Only offered regular syrup for the pancakes. Will not return as it continues to get worse.

We arrived around 9 was sitted an hour later. It was only 1 serve, 1 cook and 1 busguy. They did an awesome job food good tables where clean quickly. Ihop really needs to do better by their employees.
Ordered curbside. Order not received. Phone line was busy the entire time.- UPDATE: The manager called me personally within 24 hours to apologize and rectify the situation. I respect his follow up and effort.
My waiter was Ernie and he was incredible! They were clearly short handed and he did the work of 2 people! Food was delicious as well.
I thought I was going to be able to visit this location often, since I moved to the area. I was very mistaken. They're always understaffed, they're sometimes doing takeout ONLY, they'll say they're closed with customers seated in the dine in area, and all kinds of shenanigans. I don't recommend this location.Tonight, they only had one waitress and one cook. They close at 2200, I'm there at 2030, and the lady tells me they're closed. I stood in the lobby 15 minutes while I see her taking orders and basically ignoring me only to say they're closed. That... is BS and I won't even bother going back to this location.
Okay restaurant. Decent prices. Slow server / food time time arrival though. Almost always crowded too. Food is alright.
Exceptional service by- Armando. Breakfast variety is great as always - pancakes, waffles, and the traditional eggs,bacon and toast. Everything was hot and fresh. A great experience!
Came at night the previous day and they were understaffed and the wait was extremely long, had to leave due to the wait.Came back the next morning with proper staff and it was extremely quick and the server we had was extremely attentive.Had the splash berry and a country fried steak. The food came out a bit warm but everything tasted fine.
