Stood in line fifteen minutes while the person at front desk, whom later I found out was the manager never acknowledged me and eventually never greeted me. I had to flag down another employee for help. Another lady eventually came later and was nice and professional as well as the manager later which makesa big difference. Overall I think it being a busy time played a huge role, but still every paying customer needs to still experience great customer by first being greeted and told something. I due appreciate the other lady being apologetic and professional also, makes a big difference!
Pancakes where really good, so was the bacon and sausage links, hasbrown was hard, I could not eat it. Eggs, No. Servant was polite.
I had completed two online orders in the last year for this restaurant. The service was very slow and substandard. I stood at the counter for 15 mins waiting for staff to address me. Ten people were waiting on online pickup orders. None of those orders were ready. My order was supposed to be ready for curbside pickup at 1130. I received it after inquiring about it at 1210 at the counter.
This has got to be the slowest place on Earth. Waitresses are so rude!! They do not even acknowledge your presence!! A cook had to acknowledge us. Then a rude waitress came to seat us and disappeared. We sat forever. With an active, hungry 2 year old!! A waitress Ariana passed by and I asked if she knew who our waitress was. She asked if a guy had been over. We said no. She stated she was supposed to be getting off but she would take our order. Thank God for her. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this place if you are hungry.
Place was super busy, but only took 10 minutes to be seated, ordered unlimited coffee and wife ordered tea, they brought my coffee pot and wife's tea pot, waitress came back soon and took our pots away, said it was a Covid thing. I then asked about the ketchup & Mustard, and salt and pepper shakers they left, she just said it was a crazy and stupid thing of taking our pots, so if course we had to keep asking for a refill, waste of my time and theirs...
I came in to place an order and there were eight people in front of me the waitresses kept walking around they didn't stop and say we'll be with you in a moment sorry for the wait we're kind of busy short on staff or whatever the case may be but we waited for 8 minutes I left there was still people in there waiting so I would never go to them again because I had to ride to Riverdale in East Memphis and get my breakfast

Waitress was rude! Our order was wrong and when asked for a slice a cheese it was a bigger ordeal then it should have been. Waited 23 mins for 2 slices of cheese. And to top it all off I found a hair in the last 2 bites I had left.
Hashbrowns were ice cold. My wife ordered a Bacon omelet and it was cold. The pancakes were also cold. The manager told us that she would only charge us for 1 meal but the bill ended up being over $21. We won't be returning to this IHOP on Riverdale.
