I'm leaving 4 starts ONLY because I want to shout out Antonio the busser and Antonio the manager. They were AMAZING and turned our experience around. Our server Shiquilia, not sure if I spelled that correctly, can stand to retrain on her customer service skills. Not friendly at all and then was offended that I said "GOOD MORNING perk up get live with us!" She replied "good Morning" with her head rolling and the nastiest tone that someone who works for tips could have ever given. Very unprofessional and rude. There was no way she should be waiting tables. She was so bad that I asked for another server and we actually preferred the busser . When our checks arrived her name was on our tickets with an 18% gratuity. At that point I asked that a manager come over because we refused to tip her. We had no problem with tipping but we wanted to tip the busser, Antonio. He brought us our food, our drinks, refills and cleared the table... so why would we tip her???All an all a great experience but please get rid of or retrain that server.
While on a Business Trip we decided to visit this location, the Customer Service was amazing. The location was very clean and the food was delicious. As a Travel Business Owner if #ImagineDatVacation I get the opportunity to gather as much information as I can to present to my client whether good or bad and it helps them decide if they'd like to visit or not.
I’ve visit IHOP 3 times this week and never had a problem until Sunday. My kids and I order pancakes and burgers my ticket came out to be 141.02. I had a Grat of 19.87 cents. I didn’t understand why my ticket was so high because just 2 days ago we visit and ordered the same thing and our ticket was much cheaper.People please check your receipts and prices on the menu. I went back in to ask for my original receipt and was gave a copy of a closed check that was reprinted which was 20.00 cheaper than what I paid. Naiomi you can have that little change that you so call cheated me out of. You’re going to loose more than that just by ripping people off. I’ve never had a problem with any of the service until today.IHOP on 4725 Showcase Blvd you can count your last day of receiving my service.
Food was delicious however it was priced to high and, tip was figured in the price. I tip according to service not a percentage. Saying this the service was outstanding if circumstances the tip would of been much bigger....
Everyone was so nice to me during my visit! My waitress was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed and the manager came around to say hello! Very pleasant experience and pancakes were light and fluffy! Would absolutely go back to this location!
Unfriendly staff, absurd long wait times for food. Our server was nice and attentive though.
First time I came my food was fine. But the last two times I came my food was old and cold and wrong.
Service was slow even tho it wasn't busy. Food was good. The waiter messed up our checks. Should be an option for zero stars.
Don’t let the new look fool you this place is horrible it’s ran by Mexican which they treat the black workers like slaves the Mexican cooks don’t wear gloves nor hair nets the manager is very rude and judgmental it’s a family owned business the staff is under paid meanwhile their people are over paid don’t eat here !!!!!!! The pancakes do not b done all the way threw they don’t even use real eggs this place have been robbed twice and haven’t even been open long go to Union or riverdale just I advise you don’t go here theu touch the food with bare hands the knife & spoons as well as forks aren’t clean they are touch wrap by the SERVERS if it looks dirty they just wash it off with a paper towel they also use a cup as a ice scooper for a while the customer where getting sold full price drink out of a two liter when people ask for decaf coffee they use regular coffee and just add a little water
So far Worst IHOP ever. Makes me think that we cannot go by brand name alone. It’s about how they run the place. Hash browns, Fries, spinach omelette, Pan cakes, coffee, milk were all cold. Have to look around for waiter multiple times. Feel like they are giving running the place. Very disappointing. 2 star for all the good people working hard through this pandemic to keep their jobs.
