The only reason I’m leaving one star is because you cannot put Zero stars!!! This particular location is dirty and have a funny smell. The restrooms were stinky and the floor was wet. The dishes were not all the way clean. The food was not good. My mom had to send her food back so much she just said Forget it she was good. My niece plate had hair on it smh. It was just a bad experience overall. We definitely will NOT come back to location at all.
Arrived at midnight for some strawberry cheesecake pancakes and was not able to dine in possibly due to COVID-19 not sure really . 53 minutes later I was finally received my pancakes to drive another 17 minutes home to eat and the pancakes was so old tasting and cold hard around the edges I just feed my pitbull the pancakes. And chewed on my cold bacon and had a bowel of cereal . Definitely not going back to union Ave location again anytime soon
I'll start by saying the food was great! We were seated right away but sat at our table patiently for 15 minutes waiting on a server. I finally got up to let someone know and was told that we were seated in a section with no waiter. They got someone to finally help us and we ordered drinks and food right away. We got our drinks from our server. A different server brought us our food but no syrup for our pancakes. We had to ask I believe the hostess for some syrup as she walked by at one point. Never got refills on drinks and had to once again ask someone to get us our check because our waiter was outside on a smoke break....we saw him from our seat. From the time he got our drinks to someone tracking him down to get us our check we never saw him at our table again. This would have been somewhat understandable had they been busy but they definitely were not and he only had 2 other tables besides ours.
came in with my nephew and all of our food was served cold. there was only 1 waitress and you could tell that she didnt want to be there. there were so many dirty tables and my nephew said his pancakes smelled like dog food. not really what i expected at 1 in the afternoon. we left without eating and wont be back.
Absolutely the best IHOP locations I've been to in the area. The staff is warm and inviting, and quick to help you with anything that you need. The food was hot, and all of my family's meals came out at the same time. Out waiter was by far the best in the business; it's a five-star review on him alone. Overall, one of the best experiences I've had dining out in a very long time, jKeep up the awesome job.
Server was amazing! I don't know his name but he had a fancy like mustache and medium long brown hair. Very nice! Food was alright.
The waitress was excellent she just need to keep her mask all the way over her nose & not get too close in the customer face when taking orders of talking .The food is just too high I did not expect to spend $ 30.00 for 1 adult & 1 child breakfast my God.
Mattie was great. So nice and helpful. I will be back and ask for her. All of the staff was friendly. And a great,hot breakfast. Get the Boysenberry syrup back at IHOP and I will be there even more.
I was seated very quickly, and my server was absolutely delightful. The food was delicious, and I will definitely be back!
Being one of the very few places open on Christmas day they shouldn't discourage folks from ordering. They were not busy and the dining room was sparse, yet they said it would be 45 minutes to be seated and another hour before they would take our order. So with the attitude we were shown we left since we weren't guaranteed we would get our meals. We don't be back.
