I was waiting on a Togo order and customers walk through the door and asked how long the wait is. The security guard (respectfully) asks a waitress how long the wait time is. The waitress replies with, “whenever someone leaves”.Really? What’s up with all of the rude waitresses here? Talk about pushing away business.
Service was trash food was slow
Food was cool,tasted good. Slight error with order. Service was terrible, especially the drink service.
Started once we walked in. Waitresses said follow her to be seated, she walked away from us and started talking to other people, had to ask where we were to set! Then finally ordered drinks, waited 15 min for tea. Must say once food order was received it was hot and good. Was not expecting tip to be automatically added, received check total stated one price once card was ran total was a different price tip added , where is this stated that waitresses add their tip. Will NOT go back
The food was great as always. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because they only had 2 waitresses during an event weekend. Beale Street was celebrating Saint Patrick's day early. So there were more people than usual, limited seating, and 2 waitresses.
Services was slow but friendly. All orders, non alcoholic drinks included too their leisurely time getting to our table. Food was room temp at best, while it tasted good it was cold. Waitstaff were nice and friendly but inattentive.
I would give it a zero but it wouldnt allow me to. Food was undercooked. Service was horrible. Waitress never came around for refill or to check on us. Had to wave Waitress down to even get her to wait on us. Restroom was filthy and no soap in the female bathroom. Asked for a manager who had an attitude when we brought it to his attention that the food was undercooked. Will not be back.
The kitchen was behind when we walked in due to overwhelming amount of online orders. We sat at the bar and we were told that food would be a little slow so I appreciated the heads up. Our bartender did a fabulous job. I believe her name was Ivonne. Definitely 5 stars for her because several patrons were a little ugly to her because of their longer wait times on food. She handled it well.
Food was tasty and hot. Beer was cold. Margarita tasted like mix and the restroom needs attention ASAP!!!!Had a nice time and will return.
Horrible service, waited about two hrs for food and almost an hour ticket
