I will never eat at this location again the service at this place was horrible. My fries came out 10 mins after my entree. My waiter was too busy flirting with the table in front of me and didn’t attend to my table. My friend and I were ready to go the waiter was literally sitting at the table in front of us having full conversation with them for about 15 minutes we had to ask another waiter for our bill. She went and interpreted our waiter conversation and told her to she had tables she needs to attend too. When we got our bill gratuity was already on the bill. I don’t know about you but I don’t reward bad service, so we asked the waiter to take off gratuity and we would set our own gratuity keep in mind we were still going to leave a tip even though the service was bad just not what they recommended because she didn’t deserve that. She came back with our bill and she still charged our card with the gratuity, so we had the team lead (im guessing that is what she was I hope she wasn’t a manager because she was worst then our waiter) to void the bill. This so call team lead voids the order and tell me the new total now tell me does this make any sense my bill was 64 dollars the gratuity was 9 dollars if you subtract 9 from 64 how does my new bill come out to be 62 dollars? She was so busy trying to be smart with me she didn’t even notice she voided the wrong order. She was a rude person shouldn’t be a lead at no place. Once everything was finally corrected we ended up not leaving a tip at all I don’t reward bad service.
Food wasn't prepared correctly. Sent it back and than just canceled it all together. Oil chicken was cooked in smelled burnt.
6 wings, a chicken tender/wing combo, onion rings, 3 chicken tacos and two mixed drinks. $75 + tip. Wouldn't have cared about the price but had the following issues: the table hot sauce was spicier than their 3 Mile Island (supposedly their hottest sauce), I barely had any spice. The chicken tacos were literally just my seasoned chicken and lettuce (very bland and dry), the onion rings were so bad my gf ate one and was done, and finally the mixed drinks were very weak. Told the waitress about their hit sauce not being spicy and she just said, "sorry, we get that alot". I mean a place known for their wings should want to fix that problem, not accept it and move on. Hooters used to be one of my favorites, but this place wasn't worth what you pay at McDonald's. That explains the empty parking lot and chairs at lunch time on a Sunday.
Called in my order still spent 30 minutes of my time in establishment bartender was great food still came out cold I will not be a patron at this location again
The red-headed bartender obviously doesn't like white people so don't even come here. You'll be the last to be waited on and other customers will be waited on before you because of your skin color. Such a shame.
Food was good waitress.was beautiful but wow the bartender is gorgeous!!!!!Only bad negative thing is server charged 18 percent on tip?? I usally tip 22 percent since I use company card... tommorow I'm gonna go to bar and see what she charges

Had a wonderful time on TwosDay, 2/22/22. Our Bartender Waitress was pleasant to talk to and I didn't have a anxiety attack, like I do most of the time talking to other women. It's wonderful and a complete blessing for me that I'm Married with children and not on the prowl for yet another wife, mate or just a friend. Thank You Taylor, for taking care of my step son, and keeping his Mom's pie cold.
