How do you properly describe the perfect sandwich? Chinese Sub shop! yes, I know their name is called Highland Super Submarine Sandwich Shop but the locals call it Chinese Sub Shop because they serve Chinese food and sandwiches inside. You won't find a better sandwich. They have a bread called sweet bread that will make your sandwich taste like the lord himself made it. They make the bread themselves in house. AHHHMAZING. Not to mention, Pei Lei and the staff are always friendly. My husband and I always enjoy our visits to Chinese Sub Shop.
The BEST subs in Memphis. Still haven't figured out what magic they add to seemingly simplistic sandwiches, but so delicious. Miss the location being near U of Memphis, but they still deliver the goods.
Food always awesome!! Tastes great!! If I could day one thing u have to ask for extra meat!!! For the sandwiches!!! But overall Great experience every time!!!
