First I got lost because Google directs you somewhere else. But I got a chicken Philly..wasn't all that should have got fish or chicken...and they didn't put mild sauce on my fries...where they do that at? Being from Chicago I just expect mild sauce on fries you shouldn't have to ask for it.
The food was good enough for me to come a 2nd time. I love the Chru tea as well, I’m always down to try tea and pretty much new places. I grew up in the haven so I know it’s very convenient to the apartments across the street. They were busy the first time i went on a weekend at night, so I waited for my food a good 20 to 30 mins. It was all good tho. I’m going to start getting a gallon of the Chru next time. Also the lady up front is friendly and laid back. I will def purchase from them again. I woulda took a pic of the wings I bought, but I ate it all lol.
I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and it was AMAZING! They took a while for everything to get ready but it was well worth it. And the koolaid???? CHEFS KISS.

ATTN IF YOU USE FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES: This restaurant is responsible for a multitude of ghost kitchen restaurants on Ubereats, DoorDash, Grubhub. If it says Millbranch in the address and there's a bunch of restaurants at that same address it's likely you're ordering from this establishment. The food takes very long and ends up being subpar and of course nothing like the photos on the app so definitely try something different

At first I wasn't going to say anything. But as of yesterday Nope! No way! Dont do it! I originally from Chicago so of course I was excited when I relocated to Memphis and found out they had Harold's! First couple of orders I was dissatisfied with the chicken... mild sauce was on point but tge chicken tasted old... time after time. So I played it safe and started getting Pizza Puffs with fries and mild sauce. Well yesterday I realized that my pizza puff was looking kinda different. It was full of tomatoe base, hardly any meat and I didn't see spices. I look on the lil bag they come in and realized it was some cheap pepperoni brand! NEVER AGAIN! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING! Usually I dont give reviews like this. But i don't like feeling like I'm spending money to eat good and they continue to give me distasteful food. The Harold's in Chicago would Never!
Being a Chicago native, I can honestly say this Harold’s location reminded me of home. The food was good and fresh. The customer service was on point. I definitely recommend this restaurant.
