New post pandemic menu, lots of choices. Everyone at our table of 4 had yummy food. Burgers, BBQ, chicken..all very good! Canât wait to try a couple other dishes!
The food was amazing! We have ate at several Hard Rock restaurants & they are all fantastic
The food was good and the service was typical for a Saturday night. Nice waitress who refilled drinks without being asked to. The food took a while to come out but we had a large group so that was to be expected. This Hard Rock Cafe and gift shop was very small compared to the other ones we have been to. Not as much memorabilia on the walls as you would expect to see. It is a great location on Beale Street.
The band, Midnight Crisis, was incredible!!!! I would def come back to hear them again!!!
The customer service, food, and drinks were all good. Our waitress, Latasha, was excellent. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the food and drinks on both menus. I ordered the Legendary Burger and their house specialty drink., in which both were good. My friends and I enjoyed our visit to Hardrock Cafe.
Arrived to Hard Rock with a reservation standing room. No room to seat any customers with reservations
Not great, but also not terrible. They âlostâ our reservation, so there was a bit of a wait. Other than that, the staff seemed tired, but still fairly friendly. You could tell they were working short, but they were doing their best. I think this has become whatâs to be expected of a restaurant. Food was decent, and the live entertainment was awesome.
Too loud. I feel like you can have live performances and it not be as loud as it was
Our service was subpurb but the food has been better in the past.
Food was good. Drinksâsoda and water were not refilled. Food was delivered in odd waves. Two people had food 20 minutes before the other two. Service was honestly just really, really bad. The server was nice, and friendly but inefficient.
