We were traveling and stayed near Happy Mexican. Found it online and gave it a shot. Glad we did, the food was very good and had a good price. Large enough portions that we couldn't finish. Our server was nice when we were able to get his attention but I say it was our fault for arriving an hour before closing.
I was seated pretty quickly. The waiter gave me time to look at the menu then came and took my order. The food came out pretty fast. It was delicious. The waiter checked on me several times. The atmosphere was very lively. The game was on too. My experience from start to finish was great!
Had a good time with family and friends. The place was packed and full of laughter. Just what the name says Happy Mexican. We were it was going to be an hour wait but got a table of 15 people sooner than that. The food and service was good. This was the first restaurant I have been that serve plastic disposable utensils. I was glad for that since I forgot mines. We were satisfied and no one complained except my shrimps came after I finished eating my taco salad.
Service was A+ ... seated right away with no waiting. COVID guidelines being followed by employees. Vegetarian options were great! Also reasonably priced and we love the salsa and guacamole!
Ate here 3-25-2022The server was unable to seat us at an appropriate table without permission. She had to ask a manager to close the blinds so we didn’t go blind !Ordered steak and it was bland and tough. Shrimp taco was awful. White and unseasoned. The manager never came and they charged us for 1 bite of that horrible taco. Unfortunate experience as our 2nd time coming and bringing guest. Complete fail.
Made my tummy happy for sure. The 2 Shrimp tacos will fill a hungry fellow up. Not quite as spicy as I expected but a little dab of the Salsa fixed that. My partners Fajitas we’re good as well. Finer slices of the chicken and vegetables than you typically see and the portion size was enough to feed two people. So if your really hungry you will get to eat all yours and half your dates. I’ll be back.
This is a fun spot if you are with friends it's very live. The food is great, the waitress are waiters are always so friendly and fast.
Now this is a spot that i love to come to to enjoy when i get off work never ever had an issue here. I normally sit at the bar bit this night i just came in town my son and his friends are here to enjoy so i am not at the bar i am with family at a table by the bar. I had 1 Circo Obama drink which is my favorite so I decided to get another 1 it took a min to get it and thats ok because i know its the weekend kinda of a crowd. I decided to look at the bar area he made my drink now we all know the obama drink is all circo why did the bar tender make my drink with a Voka clear bottle with blue writting i was very disappointed so the waiter brought it I explained to him i watch the bartender make my drink thats not cool at all its not what i ask for the waiter told me to tell the bartender by time I made it bar the waiter already told him. So the bartender really had nothing to say i kust want to express that i was bery disappointed because i really enjoy this place omg i am stull shock not sure if i will be back this will be a long discussion to make i will not say who the bartender was because that’s just embarrassing
The Margarita Dip is amazing! I'll go back just for that. The entrees are huge, and the drinks are strong, at a pretty good price.
