Amazing experience here, I just arrive near to the close hour but they still let me in, the waiter was super professional and friendly, you can make your own signature bowl ? chose your base, like a white or brown rice, and then you have a buffet to pickup all the ingredients you wanna put i to your bowl, give the ingredients to the chef amd you can see how the cook your food in the mongolian grill, 100% recommend
It was a little difficult to reach items on the back row due to the window being down so low. Its not user friendly for people over 6 ft. Let alone people 5'6 ft struggle as well. We were hollered at when trying to go around the back way to reach a certain veggie we wanted from the back row. However, the food was still very good and always is.
Love it. Like the concept of make your own recipe and spice it up the way you like. Worth a try. Would try again!
It was a bad night for the manager for some reason. I ordered online, I was close by so I walked over, luckily I had a call from a close but distant friend and we caught up. I look at my watch as we ended our conversation and noticed it had been almost an hour. I asked a person about it being almost 30 minutes late. He expected it was almost ready and I did not see if he went to check, I left unhappy and used an unchoice word, not a proud moment; I was hangry. I got in my car and decided I was not going to leave without a refund or my food. He confirmed they had not even started my order. He asked if I wanted a refund to my credit card, and I said yes. I was looking forward to that meal, and left a little unhappy.
I love Genghis Grill, never have had a bad experience. Unfortunately, this location does not answer their phone. I tried to fix my order by calling them (which it says that if you need to fix it, you call them). No answer at all. Then I get a hold of my Door Dash driver to see if he could help me, but then they were saying that I had to put in a whole separate order for the noodles after I just paid for my food. Poor service. I'm disappointed. Btw, my order was still getting ready, and they were wanting to argue that I had to place a separate order still.

I've been to other restaurants in Dallas and I love them but this one was pathetic. They were out of multiple choices. A lot of the choices didn't have labels on the sneeze guard. Half of the sneeze guard was missing. And to add injury to insult. They They didn't even add the rice to it when they cooked. But this is Memphis. I'm not surprised at lack of professionalism and attention to detail.
I love that you can pick your items to fix your food just the way you like. I do hate that the inside is not open to dine it due to staffing. Everything is to togo.

Usually I like it here. But this day the cook was walking around the place than immediately went to the grill without washing his hands no gloves no hair net just moving about unconcerned with the customer watching several people was getting refunds and complaining at the door I politely went next door to chipotle because I was definitely triggered to not eat here that day .
