Came 25 mins before closing and after being told there were no jalepanos for the #5. We asked were there anything else they were out of and not serving. The response from the young lady was no. While continuing to order we asked about a Oreo concrete where we were informed they weren't serving anymore custard for the night. That was also fine. But while we proceeded to wait for almost 10 mins in line. The light were cut off on customers while we were still in line. And the staff were rude while we waited. I've never received this type of service and it honestly was unacceptable.
Great food when they’re open but I just arrived at 10:45 am and although their hours are posted as 10:30 am - 11 pm on their doors and online, they said they won’t open until noon.
The food was okay. My order was wrong and had to be sent back. No water in the drink machine. Both malfunctioning. It came out carbonated. No ice anywhere in the drink dispenser. Both broken. Drink dispenser was nasty. Hadn't been cleaned in a while. Floors are slick and slippery. Tables not clean. Really disappointing. My first visit to this one in East Memphis.
Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Service likes this is what puts my trust back into fast-food dining. On 1/5/22, I placed and picked up my order. My order was not made as requested. However, I didn't realize it until after arriving home. The staff was more than understanding that I was not going to drive all the way back for it to be corrected, but instead assured me that the order would me remade to my satisfaction on my next visit free of charge. They did exactly that with great professional attitudes and service. Thank you so much for making my dining experience stress-free.
First time trying Freddy's. Not much to say, hugh disappointment at paying $10 for just a patty melt with barely any fries. This just became an overpriced patty melt. Times are hard on everyone, ya'll can at least put enough fires for the $2+ charge.
This was our first visit and probably our last . The food was okay, except I had to as for mayo twice. the garbage was just about to overflow, the floors in the dining were filthy, the tables were disgusting. we were the only customers inside and the drive through was very slow. Apparently they don't teach what I learned at Wendys...If you have time to lean, you've got time to clean.
Mom says your hamburgers are good. The service is prompt and friendly, however, the ripoff is charging $3.19 for a mini hot fudge sundae smaller than one I can get for a dollar at Sonic, is ridiculous. Add product to your specs equal to the price you charge consumers.

I’ve always enjoyed their burgers and fries. My daughter first time was today she enjoyed her chicken sandwich combo. Food was made fresh and customer service was good.
