The restaurant was empty except for one couple. We placed an order for 3 cones and one sundae and sat at a table. After waiting 15 + minutes we asked about our order. There were 8 employees standing around and one said they were working on the order. After waiting an additional 5 minutes with NO service we went to the counter and asked for our money back. In addition the floor was so greasy it was dangerous. I would not recommend Freddy’s to anyone. There are too many better choices in Cordova!
I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 7:53 pm. Once I arrived I was not greeted by anyone in the restaurant. Went to the counter informed the young lady of my order. I sat down and began to wait patiently. Other customers walked in and were greeted each time. Those same customers received there orders with no problem. I was finally asked by someone about my order, apparently it was deleted from the screen. The other cashier gave her my receipt for the order to be made. After waiting nearly an hour the entire order was completely wrong. I’m absolutely not pleased with the service provided today. This was my first and last visit to this location.
Loved eating at Freddy's 10 years ago in the Midwest, and the deliciousness hasn't changed! Like all places they are having a hard time getting orders out in a timely manner due to a lack of workers..I had the Steak burger:) The cheese curds were great little mozzarella nublets:)
I love Freddy's burgers with the thin smash burger style, and their custard. The fries are usually good, but this time they were overly seasoned. The drive thru attendant was very polite. It was a long wait in the drive thru for 2 pm, but I suppose it's hard to get good help these days.
I took my grandson to Freddy’s Steak urged today at 5pm. Basically no one was dining in today. One of the employees had wiped down a majority of the tables and put the chairs on the tables as you would at closing time. I asked if we could dine in and was told yes as long as we sat in a booth. Then I asked what time the restaurant closed and I was told 10 pm. The service was prompt. My grandson ordered a chicken sandwich. The bun was squashed and the chicken was hard and not thoroughly cooked. He was unable to eat his sandwich. I initially ordered the cod basket and was informed that they had no fish.The napkin dispensers were empty. The ice machine had no ice and the Freddy’s sauce bucket was empty. I had a hotdog and fries which was ok. This restaurant is getting shabby and needs new management. It used to be good and a great place to go but no any more. The drive through line with 4 -5 people in front of us would have taken over 30 minutes so we went in.
Ok for fast food, but way overpriced for what you get. $32 for 2 burger combo and ice cream (custard). 1st time here, got the steak burger combo. I got the turtle sundae and he got Hawaiian concrete mixer. Honestly, rather have a plain vanilla cone from chick fil a --- ice cream is nothing to brag about. Burgers good, not your standard smashed together patty. Fries ok, wish they were hot. 3 stars is about as good as going to get based on overall, as price killed it. If you are hungry, spend your money going to a restaurant, as this isn't going fill you up or hold you long. 1st and last visit.
I just love Freddy's! It's the 1st place that I've been to that has Lettuce wraps since I'm on a gluten free diet. I haven't found anywhere that has gluten free buns or bread. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!
The food and customer service was great, but the restaurant itself was absolutely filthy I was really afraid the food would make me I’ll. But it didn’t there was food all over the floor and counter all the tables were dirty and trash cans over flowing. There was ice cream running down the machine. I could go on and on so please just clean up your store it’s horrible. I just pray for my food and tried not to think about what I saw. Again the food was good but the appearance was unbelievable please clean up I like the food
We stopped in here on a busy Friday night for custard only for our family of 4. The drive thru line was long so we went in to order. You could tell the crew was very busy but one employee welcomed us and said she would help shortly. We waited a long time and they had to remake 2 of our desserts because they were wrong. But she did so with so much patience and was extremely kind to us. I hate I didn’t get her name (receipt shows Kaylion) but ???!
I ordered a milkshake, that's all. Had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive‐thru before the lunch rush and they couldn't even get it right. Wasn't about to wait another 10 minutes to complain about it. Not to mention that their prices are more on the expensive side which I wouldn't mind if my order was right. Definitely going to be a long time before I go back, if at all.
