I had a really good cheeseburger, my partner had chicken. Seriously good food, nice covered outdoor patio had big fans to keep the bugs away and provide a cooling breeze.
Friendly staff, endless selections for beer, decent bar food. Repeat customer. Definitely give this place a go.
Heard about this spot from a friend, and it turn out to be the place I never knew I needed in my life! Good food! Plentiful servings and chill atmosphere!! Had a Pineapple Cider drink and it was soo good!! This is one of those places you have to put on your hang out list to go when you just want to go somewhere cool eat and enjoy your evening easy.
My boyfriend and I love it here. Everyone I've met is so kind and fun. Definitely a busy place but worth the wait, just sit back and enjoy one of many beers. The gm always meets is by the door and makes sure everyone is good and happy.
I think this is my favorite place in all of Memphis. The food is so flavorful, the beer is plentiful and all on tap, it tasted amazing. We also got a dessert that was pretty out of this world. The service was excellent as well. I will always come here when I pass through Memphis!
We always have such an amazing time here! Our favorite thing to do is bring our puppy to the patio and hang out for a few hours with some drinks. I have to be honest, the food isn’t my favorite, tends to be super salty, but that’s just my tastes, not necessarily that they have a bad menu. I absolutely love the raspberry cider, I can’t remember the name of it, but it’s so refreshing and sweet! The servers are so sweet as well! Always super friendly!
Beer selection is amazing!! Was not a beer guy until I tasted these. 11/10 would recommend
The food was amazing and meet the chef cap and he was a great guy. Had a great time and will frequent this place.
First time at Flying Saucer, was pleasantly surprised. We started with bacon wrapped jalapeños. These are made with fresh peppers and are very good with a real spicy kick so be prepared. My wife had the san Miguel burger less the guacamole and it was very good. I had the German plate and it was wonderful! The plate comes with 2 "grilled" brats (cooked on a flattop) one is described as a beer brat and the other as a Usinger style, ( Usinger's of Milwaukee for those not aware). The Usinger style was very smooth in texture and may have cream in the recipe, the flavor was delicate but present. The beer brat was more seasoned but not at all strong. Paired with a creamy German potato salad and kraut this was a great dining experience. I recommend the Flying Saucer and we will definitely be back!
Love this place. Has been my favorite place to enjoy different beers in the Memphis area. Great selection, the service is top notch, and the food is great too. Can't wait to get my plate on the wall of fame!
