OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
The best Five Guys I have ever been to. The staff, no matter when I have come in have always been kind, energetic, and sociable. They deserve a lot of praise and recognition for the quality of experience given at this location. You can not go wrong going to grab a burger and fries here. Skip the McDonalds next door and get yourself a burger here instead you won’t regret it!
This is a very well run multi-unit fast food restaurant in an era of food service struggling to properly staff their store. This store is clean, well staffed, and incredibly efficient during the dinner rush. The manager and all of the staff operating as a team. And they seamlessly moved to open up a second register when the line got even remotely long. I sincerely appreciate their ability to perform despite the incredibly challenging labor market. Great experience!
We love grabbing a quick dinner here from time to time. The hamburgers are awesome and the fries seem endless! Always clean and friendly service. Don’t forget to try the complimentary salted and roasted peanuts!
I love the variety of combinations you can get to customize your burger. Staff is extremely courtese. Your meal is cooked to order. The burgers are fresh, not sitting in a warming bin waiting to be served. However, the cost to eat here has gotten ridiculously high. It was almost $20 for a single meal. Definitely not someplace I could eat at every day for lunch. Cost is the only reason why I didn't give Five Guys a full 5 stars.
We eat at this chain often. This location was fine and we always appreciate the delicious burgers and fries. It’s mostly self-service. Sometimes tables are not as clean as I would like. Prices seem high for what you get.
Service was extremely slow and order was completely wrong. I informed the manager and they asked me to come back and they would replace my order. It was wrong and sloppy looking. I don't think I will try them again, only if I get it free. Staff was short handed and too much seasons on the fried.
This is my first time coming to five guys burgers. No line in the store but I did have to wait about 8 to 10 minutes for my order. Because they cook to order but when I did get my order it was fresh the burglar was nice and juicy and the vegetables were nice and cold and fresh. The employees were very respectful here saying thank you and have a nice day. The burgers are a bit pricey but you pay for what you get good quality hamburgers.
0 stars! I never leave reviews at places but this was horrid!! I ordered online, which I guess is my fault, They called us saying they ran out of meat and to either wait or cancel the order then proceeded to hang up on us.. We waited, got a new delivery driver, FINALLY got our food and the order wasn’t even made correctly. Everything was wrong and the fries seemed old, my cheeseburger didn’t even have cheese, they slapped mayo on it and called it done. Worst experience I’ve ever had here.
It's a little pricey but it's cooked fresh! The burgers are really good and fries can be split with a small community since they load up the bag!! Its like a mega large! ?
