It would have been 5 stars but they lost my order. Then didn’t own up to it. The food was good and the place was clean. They do a crazy To-go orders and will complete those before yours so if you are dining in. Overall 4 stars due to the order issue. I will say my favorite sub is the smokehouse beef and brisket sandwich, which cannot be ordered from the app for some reason.
Firehouse has the most delicious sandwiches. High quality ingredients and friendly, professional employees. I got the club sandwich and the hook and ladder and they were yummy. Plentiful honey ham and turkey, crispy bacon, cheese, choice of fresh vegetables and condiments, and I like the multigrain bread. The large size is enough for two meals! Some if the best sandwiches I have had in Memphis.
DONT GO!!Sandwich made wrong.no apology or replacement.it was drowning in Mayo.i got sick at stomach.none of toppingsI ordered.just meat&too much mayo..yuc greasy mayo.manager just defensive about why it not her fault.Then she blames cashier for not putting toppings on ticket.still no apology or replacement.DONT GO!
Firehouse Subs is my favorite place to go when I'm ready for a great sub sandwich! The staff is are nice, hard working & very professional. The food is quite filling and amazingly delicious!
Horrible customer service. The young lady at the register had an attitude as if she hates her job and was not at all helpful. Her whole demeanor and facial expressions showed in her appearance and body language. Would not recommend.

Admittedly got there just before closing as they were cleaning up. No matter, they were very gracious and polite and my order was great.
The staff at this location was superb. Nyshia, Ashton, Andrea, Corbin and Jada were very professional and patient and displayed excellent customer service. Although I ordered three sandwiches, I did not have to wait very long for my order to be completed. And everything were accurate. Additionally, the store and restroom was clean. I also appreciated that the staff all wore masks. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and the staff should be commended for a job well done.
Today, the woman at the register thought it would be funny to write something insensitive and derogatory in place of the name I gave her. I'm fuming and will (obviously) no longer be patroning this location.
