They were very nice ,quality food .Went out of their way to make our visit wonderful.The chef brought our pizza out himself and told us he hoped we enjoyed it ?
The cashier was friendly, the lobby was clean. The pizza was okay, it wasn't enough seasoning for my taste, but it was a beautiful presentation!
Great customer service. The pizza was loaded with toppings. I also had a salad. King of pricy but worth every bite. The place was newly remodeled and smelled of pizza galore!!! I enjoyed my visit and I highly recommend eating there.
The quality has definitely changed. Please look closely at your pizza because the meat portions and toppings are about half of what they were in the past. Prices keep going up but the toppings are reduced. Pizza Inn has more toppings and weight than these nowadays.
The pizza was amazing! The staff were so friendly, place was clean. I feel bad I forgot the young ladies name who took my order, but she not only brought everything out once the pizza was ready, she served me my drink and ensured everything was accessible for me. Reason I mentioned it is because it was a self serving drink station, the young lady took the time to do this, great hospitality. Next time I drive through Memphis I’m going here again. I highly recommend it!

I didn't want the BBQ meat on my pizza so I asked if I could substitute it for another meat. The young girl at the counter, who clearly made it obvious that she wasn't too thrilled to be at work, stated that it was going to cost me extra to substitute the meat since I didn't want the BBQ. I asked would I be charged the full amount if I didn't want the BBQ on the pizza at all; she stated yes. My question is, why would you still charge me the full price for something that I don't want but you'll charge me extra to remove the BBQ meat and substitute it for sausage? I decided not to spend $35 for a pizza that I wouldn't enjoy.
Love this pizza! So much meat and cheese, just right amount of sauce. And I love pizza cut into squares. Much more manageable. Sandwiches very good as well.
The service wasn't bad, but the quality of the food. I ordered a large beef Pizza. The pizza doesn't have any taste to it anymore. I use to love they pizza. I'm going to try Broadway pizza. I hear a lot of good things about their pizza
I go very often and I am satisfied every time. My pizza is always fresh and hot. They are clean also.
