Food was pretty good, but WAY overpriced. About $40 for one plate of pasta … Yikes! It was tasty but it’s gotta be the best little dish of pasta in the world for me to return and pay that again. The sauce was yummy but the salmon was dry and very much overcooked. Would be a nice place to come for dinner but the employees had the music cranked up to 11 and seemed to be just yelling over each other and the blasting music. Really ruined the vibe. Definitely made the restaurant less inviting - paying a such steep price for a meal from a place that resembles a nightclub? Hmm. Not to mention the dead roach on the floor - the space is so small, makes me wonder if anyone is actually cleaning it? Also, as I waited for my food to be ready (20+ minutes past what I was told when I placed the order), I saw that they had multiple people come back to say their order was wrong. I hope the owner resolves these things before the staff runs it into the ground, cause it definitely has potential! I think I would have been a repeat customer if it hadn’t been for all this.
I have had multiple visits to this location and the food is good. But on today the customer service was a zero. The lady was training a new person and I guest and acted as if I was getting on her nerves about asking questions about the food. Okay you sell food that should always be important for your customers to get what they want. Not sure if I’ll be back soon.
Customer service was excellent from the explanation of the menus to actually placing the order. I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta and it’s their cheese sauce, it came with a warm garlic roll. I wanted the seafood pasta but they were out of crab legs, but the lady did recommend the New Orleans style pasta in place of the seafood pasta, the downfall was the music being too loud… I can’t wait to go back and try the seafood pasta
I got the Salmon pasta, Philly cheesesteak and fries and chicken and pasta(please don’t judge I was hungry)… The food was very good salmon cooked perfectly and Philly cheesesteak and fries was seasoned just enough not to much not too little…I loved the fries taste better than any fries I have had ….and the chicken pasta was on point…I definitely will be back hopefully to try the egg rolls and banana pudding.
Food is good. Really good. It's just the wait that is ridiculous. I called in my order. Was told 30 min. I arrived in 50 and order still wasn't ready. I'm pretty sure they didn't start order till I arrived. Wish this was a one off incident but it happens everytime. But, like I said, food is really good so I waited.
They charged my card last week and I've never been at the place nor order food from them .Left repeated emails about this incident. Must be some person working there hacking credit cards and not checking for ID for whatever reason
Don’t order online unless you want to be waiting an hour and thirty minutes!!!The lasagna pasta….I DO NOT recommend it’s not good at all and it didn’t have enough meat in it.The Cajun shrimp pasta was decent (could have been better) my shrimp was over cooked and the Alfredo sauce was bland .But the BUFFALO CHICKEN EGG ROLLS were AWESOME!!! That would probably be the only I would order from them….if I go back :(
Ordered a Chicken, Steak and Shrimp pasta and New Orleans pasta. The New Orleans pasta was fine. But the Chicken, Steak and Shrimp pasta was missing the "steak". I tried calling to speak with a manager, but the phone was answered and when I started speaking there was instant silence. I waited a few minutes and hung up to callback, guess what ? ? No Answer, straight to voice-mail. I don't mind paying for my food,but I definitely expect to get what I've paid for. $25 dollars for pasta is already a lil pricey..
Really great place for food. It was good & worth it...I tried the New Orleans pasta. My husband had the Quesadillas and son chicken tenders & fries. Not to spicy. Overall we had a great experience and will return for more.
The pasta is the best I've had seriously! Will definitely see me again and again.
