I’m a fan of the area. The evergreen community is gorgeous. Street parking is your best bet which is fine because we all could use a nice walk sometimes. The atmosphere is really cool and causal, good for a date night, friend date or some necessary alone time. the cocktails were really good and I appreciate them having a happy hour! Last but the most important , the food was great! Everything was fresh and had alot of flavor. I enjoyed everything I ordered.Of course, salt and pepper to taste as you wish. The crab claws are fantastic.What we ordered:- Crab Claw aglio e olio- spaghetti chorizo bolognese- seafood pasta- linguini alle cozze
Absolutely love love love the atmosphere of Ecco! Great staff, customer service and the food is absolutely outstanding!I enjoyed their seafood pasta the best I’ve had in Memphis! You can tell the cook with fresh ingredients and it shows up in the tasty food! I also enjoyed their Life of the Land adult beverage!Delicious Food, Delicious Drinks and Friendly atmosphere!
1st time customer and certainly won't be the last. Met with family for dinner. Started off with the sampler plate of meats and cheeses. Flank steak was delicious, lobster ravioli was fresh and tasty, salads were extremely fresh and salad dressing was good. Mixed berry cobbler was served warm with a scoop of ice cream on top-- Yummy! Oreo cheesecake was very rich, but good. We had a spacious table in the garden dining room and the room temperature was fine even with this hot weather. Service was fair, a little more attention would have been nice. Great place -- give it a try!
ecco is wonderful! i loved ecco’s atmosphere, the interior of the restaurant was clean and quite elegant, for those interested in a nice date night. i ordered the tuscan bean salad and the large lobster ravioli pasta dish, the salad had fresh arugula that complimented well with the butteriness of the pasta. the portions were slightly small with a total of 8 pieces of ravioli, but it was satisfying nonetheless. next time, i’m hoping to eat outside since their patio looks so inviting especially since their signature nice smooth jazz music plays outside as well.
We decided to try Ecco last minute one evening and were excited a table was available.Superb service, wonderful drinks and amazing food.So glad we gave it a try.
I really wanted to love this restaurant. We walked in on a beautiful Saturday evening. We were seated on their amazing back patio. It was so lovely as a guitarist was softly strumming in the background. I turned to my husband and said, can we come back next week? The atmosphere and ambiance was just amazing. Unfortunately, my bubble soon burst. Our waitress was extremely unhelpful and inexperienced. Chalking that up to the lack of employees at most restaurants after Covid, I overlooked it and continued to savor my surroundings. Then the food arrived. My husband ordered balsamic glazed pork tenderloin. I know pork doesn’t need to be as well done as it use to be but his was med rare at best. The carrots were hard as a rock and there was no seasoning on the meal. Also, no balsamic glaze that we could see so it made for a pretty bland dish. I ordered the braised Boychok and the dish was extremely salty. I could barely eat it but i was very hungry and got through it. I spooned some of my broth onto my husbands dish to season it a little. Please step up your food game as I would love to come back to your beautiful patio but can’t see paying as much as we did for the meals and service we received. Thank you.
We had a wonderful experience this weekend! All six of us loved our food! Only one dish was a little too spicy! The desserts were great! Our waitress was very attentive! Looking forward to going back soon!
This restaurant is a gem, a quaint neighborhood vibe with upscale food prepared expertly in-house. Everything is fresh and the flavors are well balanced. The staff is accommodating and super friendly. The server was knowledgeable about details of the dishes. We have a great experience every time. Great for a date night, a dinner with friends or a casual evening when you just want a great pasta dish!
Beautiful ambience.Very friendly people and super patient to answer any food questions.Unfortunately none of the pasta's were without egg so I ended up not ordering anything.
Experience was exceptional. I will give my only bad because the rest is good. My silverware was filthy. ? I always check my utensils before I eat. Food was still stuck to my fork. ? Idk how lucky we were to catch the all day drink special but the specials were amazing. For 2 people, we ordered 4 special cocktails, an appetizer and 2 entrees. Our total was around $115. ? I'm coming back no doubt bit I'll except plastic silverware because yuck. I hate I didn't catch the waiter's name. Male. Ponytail. He was great. He knew the menu. He gave great suggestions. I even took him up on his drink recommendation. ?? Thanks for a great dining experience.
