The staff here are obnoxious they have the entire hood attitude going on from the Egyptian neck bob to the eye rolling. Even when you order through the app and ask about your food its either sitting somewhere in the back and the sandwich is cold or its undercooked. Fair warning dont complain or ask for it to be made again you'll be waiting another 20 mins after they get through throwing things and arguing about how its going to be made because one isnt making it again the other one because its not my job then making the comment well they'll just be waiting then ask me if I care etc...all within earshot. I've been there twice a second time just to give the benefit of the doubt. Same thing different day different staff. Unless you're into being treated like you should be gratefully worshipping someone who allowed you to be in their presence...this is a place to avoid.
Unprofessional, childishness, and bad attitudes from the young staff! We stood there too long while we watched the teen staff play and giggle. A young man with a bad attitude finally took our order. I told him what I wanted and he wasn't even paying attention. He was too busy worrying about what the girls working there were saying and doing. After we paid he snatched the receipt and threw it away without asking if we wanted it. They were also out of products but didn't bother to stop advertising them or putting a sign explaining they were out. Instead when asked the response was uninterested and rude. I don't mind young people having jobs, however, an adult that's mature needs to be up there to supervise or you get a play house with children doing whatever. I'm very upset.
The thing that sticks out in my mind. When I visited this dunkin doughnuts, it was bustling with a busy drive-thru an i noticed inside it was full of flies. I've been hesitant to revisit cause that's all I can remember. Going in to get 6 doughnuts and once I saw the flies, I immediately asked for my money back too. ?I think that was the manager and I could see the lady was not happy, but hey, I hoped they rectified that fly situation. I may give em a try again, their next to tops barbecue. So, while I'm getting me a burger or barbecue sandwich, may peep them out again, but if you give them a shot look for flies?
It's Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robin's for me .. I love that mobile application too..
My experience with this place is that when you order something and you’re speaking it very clearly I always end up getting the wrong order every time I turn around they never give me the right order and I have to go back and tell them to redo it again plus their friendliness through the drive-through could be a little bit more cheerful bad service
Been frequenting this store for several years and upon entering the store Friday afternoon could not get waited on by anyone — after 4, just almost 5 minutes of waiting at the counter only to experience four people in the store NONE of which ever greeted me or took an order I walked out … The new manager or person who appeared to be in charge apparently thought it was more important to watch a new employee? Trainee? Perhaps seasoned employee? Dip ice cream for an ice cream cone … GTHOH! Your store lost a frequent customer ~
Good coffee, good doughnuts, good service. They even sell ice cream and have a wide selection! What's not to like?
My favorite Dunkin! Especially the morning shift. The shift leader there is efficient and nice (when she has time to smile!)
Out of most favorite donuts- jelly cfilled, coconut after out of the waydrive at 5 PM to nearest store.
Went at 5:40 to get some chicken biscuits and sat in drive through line for 30 mins. Then I pulled up to the window to see if anyone was in there and the woman in the back straight up tried to hide from us and didn’t do a good job at it. We watched her stop and run outta view of the window and not come back out after we sat there and she obviously saw us. Also I’ve called about 8 times and she won’t answer at all so I’d say these people are loads of fun and clearly untrained.
