It was so quick & easy to order from the Dunkin’ app! The bacon ? avocado ? toast ? was delicious, too! And the drive-thru pick-up was so quick as well. We’ll definitely be back soon! This was my 1st time with ordering from the app! Great Experience! ❤️??
This is the best Dunkin’s I’ve ever stepped foot in. The drive thru is always packed but very efficient. I always mobile order and as soon as I press order from a few blocks away, it’s ready when I get in. On top of the very efficient and friendly staff, they sell Kolaches which most dunkins do not in this area. I am amazed each time I go in by the customer service they provide
This is my favorite location, my order is always right. The staff is patient and helpful when I want to try something new and I'm always able to use my app for points and to order ahead for the mornings I need to rush to work. I also purchase coffee and donuts from them for work events and everyone loves the freshness of their items. I'll always return here.
The morning staff is friendly but no one in this store can make a drink in a consistent fashion. Later in the day the worse things get. Not sure how the union ave store will survive with TWO Starbucks with in 1 to 3 blocks to the east and west on union.I ve pretty much given up on buying drinks here ever and just hit them at lunch time for avacodo toast. Sometimes it s warm and toasted, some times it s just sliced cold bread. It s always a surprise what you ll get here, so if you care about getting what you actually ordered and it being fresh and assembled with at least a minor amount of attention, skip this location.
This is among my favorite Dunkins in the whole country! Definitely top 3. Every time I go down I-40, I stop here. Cool vibe inside and out (check the pictures for the unique guitar). There's a small tunnel to get into drive-thru. There is plenty of parking. There's plenty of seating, even for groups. However, it's generally quiet, so you can study here. The employees really do try, and it's pretty fast if you don't come at rush times. Crazy to think it's in such a convenient location, and super close to I-40.
Quick and friendly, even at 5:15 in the morning.Which, if you’re familiar with fast-food service in Memphis, is INCREDIBLY rare.A pleasant surprise.

I ordered a oatmilk chai latte hot and it was delicious ?. The barista was a bit Moody because enough chai wasn't placed in it, and she was bothered by having to remake it. Her facial expressions told on her, but she didn't say anything disrespectful
Ordered three breakfast sandwiches and coffees for guys at work. Started eating mine and bit down on something hard. Pulled a piece of glass from my sandwich. I called and let the manager know that I found glass in sandwich, she said thats not possible we don't have glass in the store. I said well I'm calling because someone else might find some in their food. She didn't believe me so the next day I brought in the glass. They offered me a new sandwich, because she wasn't there, I declined. Then they just ignored me. I thought it was interesting that their coffee pots were all glass. I used to like DD, and have gone their longer than I should have since their coffee sucks now.
I am a truck driver and placed a order on grubhub the driver was unable to find me at the truck stop and left so I had to replace the order I called this location and they went above and beyond to not only make sure my order got to me but to take a second and show appreciation and it really put a smile on my face when it was needed. Keep up the amazing work. I have been going to dunkin for years and this is the best service I have ever had
