I frequently go to this Dunkin, but there’s a lady working there, se was having with me a really bad bad attitude, she’s rude and she’s not friendly. So yesterday I went there an I order 5 drinks, so I was the only car on drive thru, she yelled at me that I need to order by walk in… they were 2 people working in there. So I hope the staffing do something at the respect with the clients attention, because I love so much the coffee of Dunkin!
Waited 30 minutes in line for them to completely screw up my order after repeating it multiple times back to the drive through.I called back to the store to explain my situation and the employee on the phone who identified himself as Jason says “f**k you” to me and then hangs up.Wonderful establishment and waste of $15

No experience at all Special the lady the store manager I ask for medium midnight coffee They give it to me cold They make another one was warm not hot Then the manager said the machine is not good and they still selling that coffee for the Customer I have to get my refund back
Amazing crew working this morning, my truck stalled in the drive thru and within seconds a crew member was out with jumper cables helping us. He was so kind and understanding and went above and beyond. Upon then pulling up to the window I was given advice on local shops that were close. What wonderful staff working the morning of 11/14
