I ordered a vanilla bean coolatta. What the person tried to give me was one or two shades lighter than an frozen coffee. I've ordered plenty of VB coolattas. They're white, unless the person doesn't clean the carafe after making a blended drink with coffee, chocolate, etc . She insisted the vanilla bean coolatta is a light brown color, then brought the bottle of vanilla extract over to the drive-thru to show me the color of vanilla extract. My family has made home made ice cream since I was a small child, so I know vanilla extract is brown. And after blending it in to make ice cream (and VB coolattas) the end result is white. In a huff she made a second coolatta, just as brown as the first and she said, "there's nothing I can do about it." I couldn't see if she cleaned the carafe, but I doubt she did. I left and went to another DD up the street. They had just made a frozen coffee before I arrived. The guy emptied out the extra and cleaned out the carafe before making my VB coolatta, which was white after he blended it. The woman at the other store wasted her employer's product and lost a customer. I won't return there.
I had the Grilled Cheese Sandwich on Toasted Sourdough Bread, with Cheddar & American Cheese, it was so good. I also had a Large Mango Pineapple Refresher with Lemonade, you can also get it with Coconut Milk or Green Tea. Very Good. Wonderful Staff and quite friendly. Store wasn't crowded at all, very clean and after I went to the restroom on of the worker's was sweeping the lobby. Restroom was clean also.
Order number #2431 ($6), my ice coffee taste like nasty water. Very little creamer but a lot of sugar sitting in the bottom. My husband said his hot coffee was fine. My drink was not drinkable. Long 17 car ride, very disappointing when I needed a good cup of coffee to finish the last 5 hours.
I’ve been missing my girl up there, Lisa was the employee that cared! She was always brewing fresh coffee and putting love in her stirs!! Wanna know her location weinchester she contacted me yesterday she starts Thursday am if yu enjoyed her service come see her Thursday morning at weinchester
Every time I come here, I’m told something different about the menu or they make my drink I get at all other locations and don’t add the toppings an try to argue an say that’s how it’s made. Now I’m being told by 3 people on their phones not wanting to do anything that a signature drink is discontinued, when I just bought it this morning. Will NOT be back to this location. Waste of time an money EVERY TIME!!

Coffee was cold. I ordered off the app mid-morning and would’ve thought they would’ve checked the temp before handing it off.
Dunkin teach your staff the menu. Oatmilk latte means OATMILK!! They don’t contain regular milk OR whipped cream. I constantly have to throw my drinks out because no one can make a drink properly. Today I received an oatmilk latte that was half whipped cream and contained zero oatmilk. I also received a loose pastry in the bottom of my bag with a bite taken out of it. I also rarely receive a straw. And don’t mention to the staff that your drink is incorrect or they will tell you that you are wrong and that’s the way it’s made. $17 wasted!
I went to the subway here and the cashier was friendly and my order was correct.
