I never leave reviews EVER! I’ve had this establishment twice. Years apart. Both times the women at the counter had NASTY attitudes. The woman in the front today didn’t speak to me. I ordered through the cook. Didn’t say my total, snatched my card & gave it back without a word then walked off. The woman in front of me asked a few questions about her meal and the woman looked annoyed and barely answered. AND not to mention, a big A** roach crawled past my foot when I sat down. They’ll never see my business again and I’m calling the health department once I leave. It’s a million soul food places in Memphis. Skip the attitude here and patronize another establishment bc the food isn’t that good to be treated like an in inconvenience.

My mom loved her dinner. They are so nice! The food is hot and fresh!!! I am going to get a plate for me!

First time eating here today and everything was great. The workers were very nice and my food was fresh the greens tasted like it came straight out the garden. I will definitely be back ??

The staff is so friendly and food is fantastic !! There’s nothing better than a small hole in the wall soul food restaurant… you feel right at home when you arrive .the lemon cake is to die for and don’t get me started on how good those veggies are !

I just bought 4 plates the greens, dressing, mash potatoes are salty as hell!! The macaroni is so nasty and dry. Cornbread so good well as the fried corn. 49.00 wasted

I usually like the food here, but their customer service is a hit or miss. I called today, and I thought I dialed the wrong number because of the way that the lady answered the phone. She answered the phone like she was at the house or something. She was like HELLO, like I interrupted her from watching her favorite show or something. I had to ask did I call dindies. She said yes, and said that they were closed, but her tone of saying it was rude. I just said ok, thanks, and politely ordered food elsewhere. I called around 8:15p, but I guess they have changed their hours of opening and closing. It may be a while before I order here again. Their customer service needs some work.

Food is horrible Mac and cheese was nasty green's taste like they been left over the gravy on the mashed potatoes was awful waste of $42.00 I will not be back

Service was fast, food fresh, hot and seasoned well but menu very limited due to end of the month non delivery of supplies, atmosphere quiet and comfortable, interior needs upgrading, hostess very sweet and attentive, overall not a bad experience, will patronize again.

It was good the first time I eat here but it took so long waiting for order. I am vegetarian so I only tried sides and fish. It was ok next time, didn't taste the same.
