So happy to be reviewing another Cook Out. I got the Cook Out Tray which includes one sandwich, two sides and a drink.The bbq sandwich was *delicious* and filling. Also enjoyed my hush puppies and Walkin’ Taco (ground beef, sour scream, lettuce, sauce, with chips in a Dorito bag).Lines at Cook Out can grow pretty long because of the above average food quality and much-deserved late night popularity. Come hungry but not hurried.
Food is good but the cooks and cashiers need improvement.Food: Made to order but the cook adds either to much sauce on your burger or to many onions. Often get a GAINT slice of tomato on my burger, maybe its a Cookout thing.Service: "The NIGHT Shift"... sounds scary right ? Well it is because they rush you while your trying to read the dictionary of menus. I always get a feeling they spit in my food/drink. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER.
The people at Cookout have always been better than 99% of most fast food places. BUT, today the person taking my drive through order was OUTSTANDING! Friendly, engaging, enthusiastic, clear and appreciative. I'll drive out of my way to spend my $$$ at this store, made my day!
They denied me & my boyfriend food bc our card was declined at first bc we live in another state (fraud and safety reasons) idk but the girl was so rude to us at the drive thru window & rushed us off when we tried to tell her it just takes a second, so we go and get back in the long line wait another 10mins & reorder our food in which I changed what I previously ordered my bf said at the beginning that we was just thru & the card was declined well we order get back up to the window & that same girl said ur food is gone u have to go back thru the line & reorder & we are like we just did reorder ? Like she wouldn't even hear us trying to tell her that we already just reorder & the order was different she then yelled to her manger and the manager screamed back tell them they're food is gone now & they have to go back thru & order again & still they both would not listen to us that we did just reordered our food smmfh it was very embarrassing & they was just flat out rude & made us just want to leave !!! I won't give them our time or money or our business ever Again !!!!
Amazing price for food good shake's and malt's. Quick service. Was mad because they put mayo on my burger an told me no sauce came on it
I went 2 days in a row. The first day I went was my first time ever. The guy taking order was rude but food was great. I went back the next day. I had 2 orders. The first was missing a side. Instead of putting in a separate container they put in in container of second order. One of orders only had a few cheese bites and no hush puppies as I had ordered. When I addressed this the cook comes to the window and yells at me that I had eaten the cheese bites and he had put the hush puppies in there which were clearly not there. When I said I hadn’t he yelled again that I had eaten them and walked off. Then the girls at the window didn’t give me one of my drinks and milkshake I had pulled off because I was so upset and had to wait in line another 30 minutes to get my drinks. I will not go back to this location. The food is very good but at this location some of the staff needs to be replaced. The girls at window are very nice I should add.
Not much a complaint here..... food and service has been good everytime I go just don't like how the exit is when there is a long line
Went about 20 minutes ago and got a shake and fries. My shake had a hole in the cup. The guy taking my order was not nice. My fries had no seasoning. Very disappointed ?
The line was really long but went really fast due to the great staff actually understanding how "fast" food should be, well for a lack of a better word, fast.. I've been slow dancing with quite a lot of advertised fast food restaurants and I keep stepping on their toes.. the food was delicious and hot as always, my banana pudding milkshake was on point, (their ice cream machine is never "not working.") And the best part is you truly get quality and quantity for an extremely low price.. keep it up.. much love
Always delicious (BBQ sandwich, and cheddar bites, and fries, and cheereine) however, there's no reason that delicious shakes be unavailable last 3 hours of the night all the time. I
