Quick option for lunch or dinner. They now have cup holders and plastic bags for your order ?? which is a huge improvement! The Styrofoam cups used for drinks suck. They are very thin and you will stick your finger right through them with ease, egg shells are harder to crack than the Cookout cups.Wait time to order is reasonable and you still receive decent sized portions with the smaller Styrofoam containers being used. Would like it more if the company would switch to biodegradable cardboard meal containers and better grade cups but for $6 bucks a tray it works.

Has been consistent and fast every visit! Food is fresh, milkshakes are amazing, and they serve a blt-my favorite! Service has been friendly! Great job!

Decent experience. The food was on par with most Cookouts, which makes it among the better fast food places (burgers taste cooked, onions are delicious, cheese is melted, etc). The fella taking my order was polite and accurate with the order, but the woman at the window was snippy and preoccupied, perhaps it was a bad moment but otherwise well run. The line was long but moved rapidly which speaks to the efficiency of the kitchen staff.

If you want quick quick fast food and food that reminds you of home cooking. Go to Cook Out!! Their food is delicious every single time and they are super fast with service. FYI the bbq sandwiches are amazing!! Also love they have John 3:16 on all their cups!! Gotta love businesses that put this much love in their products and for God!!

My daughter wanted to stop here, we waited in line and when it was time to order the mist pleasant young man took our order, he was so polite and patient. When it was time to pay another young man who was also extremely polite took care of us. It was so refreshing to see/hear young men providing great customer service

Thumbs down for Cook Out. My goal up and down Stage road was to try hamburgers at every place that served hamburgers. So far I have eaten hamburgers at nine different places. The very top is Longhorn Steakhouse. This Cook Out hamburger restaurant put them in the very bottom of the list. The burger was very plain, tasteless, small patty, meat and fixings just slung onto the bun, and the bun was already wet from the lettuce and tomato. I have had better experience at McDonald’s. But Longhorn would be the gold for Cook Out to strive for. I won’t be back, and will tell my friends the same.

Great food for the price and the staff is always friendly. The drive thru gets pretty busy in the mid to late evening so be prepared.

january 16 8:15 pmthe girl working the window has a freaking attitude problem. when i tried to explain what i ordered she was rude and talked in circles. we wanted a tray with two quesadillas, one cheese and one chicken and for some reason she just didn’t get it. she was really rude about it saying that it wasn’t what we ordered. we just gave up and went on because honestly it’s not a big deal. she just didn’t have to be really rude about it. as someone who literally works drive through, the tone in ur voice and ur attitude means everything. especially when the costumers aren’t even being rude and u just genuinely misunderstood something. cookout on union is better and faster anyway ✌️

I had a cheese burger, onion rings, chicken quesadilla and a peach cobbler milkshake last night. Woke up throwing it all up while having diarrhea. Please do not eat here.

Cook Out has the best burgers in town as far as fast food goes. They taste like they were cooked outside on a grill. The toppings are always fresh. They have over 40 milkshakes to choose from and despite the long lines at the drive through, they are very fast and efficient. Once you have had Cook out, you will never go anywhere else for a burger.
