My ordering experience at this place was spectacular! I was greeted as though I was known. After placing my order I was offered something to drink while I wait, that was 1st class treatment. The staff are just seem to be very friendly very professional and they seem to work very well with one another. Thank you church is on Sycamore View for the wonderful experience?
I went to the one in Memphis on Sycamore view. Sat in an extremely long line watching the worker play, dance, and flirt with each other. Nobody working the drive through at 7 pm and the doors were locked. One car moved from 7:15 till 7:32. There was about 10-12 cars ahead of me!!!I thought maybe they were cooking chicken but then I saw there was chicken up and getting old. The girl with the short red hair kept looking at me like she wanted to ask what I was looking at. I just left! This place has really fallen off. If this is the staff your working with…. Shut down!!!
The manager is awesome! Everywhere she go I end up visiting her site. The best customer service! The line move a little slow but that’s every churches! From Frasier Boulevard from Poplar to Sycamore view come and visit this location again
The drive thru line is horrible you will literally be in line for 20 mins or so it’s usually wrapped around the building or in the street
For some reason the wait at churches is getting longer and longer every time I visit. I'm was in line for over 20 minutes. The food is good but I cannot wait in line for over 20 minutes anymore at drive through. All these cars winning a line for over 20 minutes is bad for the environment
The fried okra was over cooked causing it to taste hard and stale. The chicken was fried in old tasting grease which made it un edible my family could not eat the food period. Plus you can tell that they are using a different kind of flour on the chicken than before thus making it un edible. It not the same as it was.
Got in drive thru with two cars ahead of me. Placed order and the person was nice. Got to the window and was there 7 minutes before O was even acknowledged. Paid for my order and had to wait about 5-7 minutes before i finally got my food. She promised it was hot and made fresh. Seemed to be fresh but still wasn't good. Fries were room temperature and the sweet taste of the chicken sandwich made it not good. I haven't been to Church's in decades and will probably be my last time going ever.
Food is good. Friendly service but DAMN!! They are slow as HELL!!
The lady on the drive thru speaker sounded nice. But my food was not hot. I got a mix meal but it was mainly dark meat which is not mixed. I used to think this was one of the better church’s chicken in Memphis, but today showed otherwise.
Paid $15 for small portions and cold food. I purched the new bacon chicken sandwich and a 2pc. The chicken sandwich was small and wouldn't nearly cover the bun. And the two piece was barely warm. The biscuit wasn't warm enough for the butter to melt on top. Did I mention the twenty minute wait just to order? Terrible experience!
