Service was quick for lunch time, but they forgot to give us straws, napkins, utensils, and one of our fries. The mac'n'cheese was okay.
Always a wait time chicken never ready,you need to check your order before leaving window.Sometmes old chicken thrown in with a large order that's not fresh.Its ok
Bad service entirely to long in the drive through and i was picking up a GrubHub order and the wait time per car 40 min top
The chicken as always was delicious. The lights went out all over town because of the winter storm and we were on our way to stay at a hotel. Everything was closed and the one bright spot was an open Church's. There was a long line but it went quickly
I went to go in as a door dasher I had 4 pickup and line was packed krew had 4 non employee adult mens go hide in the stock closet wen I mentioned reporting this unprofessional and against policy to have non employees in the building if the store is close
Just thought I’d let whoever runs this place know, whoever was in charge on December 9 closed 45 minutes early (9:15). Had delivery orders to pick up but they insisted they were closed. Kinda lazy…
Waited in line at drive thru for about 10 minutes and then waited at the window for 30 minutes after I paid. Never once told why and to top it off, okra was fried super hard.
They didn't really have anything, which has happened before. Chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Personally wouldn't recommend & won't be going again, but maybe you'll catch them on a good day.

Can only use one coupon per car. Then they left half my order out got home and had to go back. After getting in line twice.. the dining room is closed to the public .it's convenient because it's the only chicken place close to the hospitals... medical district
