Most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever ate at. There was a manager there named Matt and he was great. But since he left they have gone down hill. The workers have an attitude and just are plain rude. All the food looked old and disgusting. Was in a hurry and got my son a quesadilla. Was charged for extra meat even though it was a normal quesadilla. And also they were out of chips at 7 pm. Please avoid this restaurant at all costs. Taco Bell is down the street and a lot better.
Rice was not completely cooked and that made the burrito crunchy in certain parts. YUCK!!!! Manager or "quasi manger" did not apologize for the inconvenience and seemed indifferent. I wanted a refund but she said they do not give refunds bc she does not know the code. Really? They remade it and I gave it away. Too much negative energy for me.
Let me preface this by saying we have a ton of allergy issues to combat in our family. Chipotle had some of the best procedures I've ever seen in a food establishment. They took almost all the food from the fresh containers in the back with brand new utensils, as well as labeling all foods that were prepared with allergies in mind! The portions were huge and the food was delicious! We will be back 100% for sure!
Here to pick up Uber. They told me it’s already picked up. I explain that if I’m getting the order it’s likely someone grabbed the wrong food or scandalous driver stole it and cancelled. Employee told me she doesn’t know if they are supposed to remake it..Really? I understand if you don’t know, but normally the restaurant will remake the food. Not just reply “uhh we don’t know if that’s our problem”. Didn’t even try asking anyone or a manager just said she “doesn’t know”. I know y’all work hard but I’m out working to.
We travel and go to alot of chipotle's and this one is by far the fastest.Whoever the guy was on the prep line/register is crazy fast and good at what he does.He deserves a raise.5/8/22 at 5:30
I don't know the workers name but she hooked me and my fam up. The pollo asada bowl was delicious. I got so much food I ate on it twice already and still have lunch for work. The staff is friendly and the service is great made to order. Go get you some mane!!
Staff were quick but inattentive when at the order line. Felt rushed and not paid attention to. Some meal components were not fresh, as if they had been not changed out after awhile.
Food was good but the cashier got a little rude when I asked for my receipt when I didn't realize that she had placed it in the bag. This was my first experience with Chipotle. I will try another location next time.
Brand is great, this storefront not so much. Maybe place a digital online order for best results?
Chipotle is a decent restaurant I would not put it in the top 10 a Mexican restaurant it's not a big favorite of mine I don't visit it often because I really don't like the food now the guacamole is good
