Services was so great. I like the peoplewho waited on us from the hostess to the server.The food was good and hot,?️ my stomach was full when I walk out and when I got home, after making three more stops. Hey, I was still full the meal was not a snack size. The restroom for the ladies was definitely clean and not one concern it was well shocked, Didn't have bacterial worries. The parking lot was very clean, I felt safe and comfortable going in and coming out. Pleasant smile and courteous. I will be back I tasted my family member child chicken strips so good I will order that next time.?This Place is So On Point ???
Consistently the worst in the area for curbside. Had to walk in tonight after checking in three times. Food was behind the counter and cold. One young man was working hard to make up for two girls who were glued to stools of uselessness. One of them asked for a tip!?! Usually I tip 25% even for to go orders but her attitude and the service was disgusting. I would encourage the young man to go elsewhere and thrive where hard work is appreciated.
If you are considering this Chili's, don't do it to yourself. Walked in, stood at the front for almost 15 minutes without any one of the people working coming to seat/greet us. More than one employee looked at us and just gave us that Memphis attitude look. Go to One and Only BBQ at Poplar and Perkins. You will not regret it. The girls that work work there are so friendly and full of kindness. F Chili's for life. Never going back. Same experience at all of them. Food is garbage, service is pathetic, walking attitudes all around. How has this chain survived?

I went to this location on yesterday, we was told there will be a 30 min wait, it was over an hour or so, we were very inpatient, first got there, employees walking around and no one said anything to us, when finally approached, was told they only had one waitress, there was lots of empty tables, about 6 tables had already been serve but we and other customers was still waiting, some left, I got very angry seeing employees eating food in the kitchen, one on the floor was munching, the waiter was been ignorant and loud and spent a lot of time at one particular table, one employee was on his phone, they was moving very slow and could of been helping out, I saw a bunch of lazy employees. this place use to be top notch, we finally left and went to another restaurant and got serve immediately, please hire better employees with good customer service, from what I saw was ridiculous and unprofessional.
Waiter/waitress shortage. Service was very long & drawn out. Waiter was quite inattentive at times. What should've been a 30 mins-1hr dinner turned into 3 whole hours. Food was good ? But service could have been better.
Today at 7:00 p.m., I placed an online order. System read that my Order would be ready at 7:54 p.m. I arrived at 7:45p.m. Parked in Curbside #2. Lady came and got my name. At 8:00, same lady told me to make a payment by scanning the QR code. She said she would return soon. 8:15, I go in. The employees in the back eating the food with no gloves, music blasting, the lady from outside approached me to tell me that my order was still being prepared. She told the cooks to turned the music off, to pay attention to the orders because no one was listening, and she said as she walked away that someone would be fired.One cook said my order was made but he didn’t know what happened to it. Sum it up, 8:25, I asked for a refund. Manager got the last 4 digits of the card used to make the payment and then he asked me for the total of my order. I was so confused why he even asked when he’s the one working there. But He told me that he couldn’t find my ticket with the total on it and if he had it, he would have never asked me for the total. He said that in order for me to even get a refund he had to call corporate. Which I was hard to understand because normally for a refund, the card used for purchasing is swiped (up to 14 business days would have to be waited) or cash will be given. He already seemed frustrated from them being behind on the order. No one Ever apologize for the inconvenience and I don’t plan on ever returning.
Service was quick. Food was very tasty portions size could have been a little more. But overall I enjoyed my meal.
This location is terrible. I placed an order online and my boyfriend arrived and checked in at the time given. After sitting there for an hour and being the last car there it took him to call and see what was going on for them to say they were out of food and my card would be refunded in 5 days. Why would you not let the person know who has clearly ordered from you all this an hour ago. Who knows how long he would have been sitting there had he not called.
Worst meal I have had in years. My wife had a hamburger and she pulled a huge piece of plastic out of her mouth that was in the middle of the burger. I ordered Margarita chicken and it was gray with no topping at all. Will not be going back.
