Awful experience. Walked out and left my phone on table turned back around 2 mins later to come in and grab it. My phone was gone! Staff said no turned in a phone a ask again still no phone. Then I asked for my server to ask her personally did she grab my phone. She says oh yeah. I have it. Like what? Did she notThink I would come for my iPhone? Who had it? And why not turn it in. Also there was a money in the phone case before she picked it up. So she took the money out then gave me my phone back. So staff attempted to still my phone and then once they saw I wasn’t leaving with out out they decided to give it back but take the money that was in the phone case. I will not be back and I will be reaching out to owner to inform him. Smh.They should all be ashamed. I told the “manager “ angel or Amber I can’t remember and she practically laughed in my face. I honestly believe they were all in on the whole thing.
I guess this place fell victim to the way of the land too. We walked in with only 3 tables seated in the entire restaurant. I'm talking about 4pm on a Saturday. But there were about 8 people in the lobby waiting. I don't know how long they had waited but we stood there at least 5-7 minutes and still no one greeted us. We ultimately decided to just leave and find another place for dinner. I always roll my eyes when my husband suggest eating here because it's always something! We are just gonna quite trying!
The manager named sherlyn is not professional whatsoever. I ordered my food and it took 1 hour , I ordered a drink and I never received it. when they gave me my food they were supposed to give me buffalo sauce and they never brought it. I talked to sherlyn and she told me she was going to bring me the sauce, I waited for 15 minutes and never received it at all! Not to even mention that it was only 3 TABLES and there was no silverware,napkins nor anything.I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager and even after that I asked her to take my plate and she had an attitude, snatched it and started talking about me to her little friends at the bar about me. They would refuse to give me my ticket I even had to go ask the lady cleaning up to give me my ticket! Horrible manager and service???! It’s sad that because of employees and managers like her, businesses are going down.
Ordered food online but it was so good, tried to go here on a Friday night but there was a 40 minute wait so didn't lol
I don’t typically leave bad reviews; however, I felt it necessary to leave one for our recent visit to this particular Chilis.When we arrived, we were informed by the hostess that our wait would be approximately 45 minutes. Given that this was about 4:45 PM on a Saturday, this was completely reasonable and expected. Here comes the but…After waiting 45 minutes, we noticed that people were being turned around by the hostess; she was telling them that they were seating anyone because there had been an altercation amongst the staff. She then went back to her hostess stand without informing the people (including my party) what was going on. I then asked her what was happening and only then did she inform us that they weren’t seating new people but would seat those of us who had been waiting but with one caveat, she didn’t know when.After this, we waited another 10 minutes and then decided to leave. Not only did the hostess not handle the situation well but no manager ever came out to inform the customers eating or those of us waiting that service temporarily halting, not to mention the fact that their employees were fighting (not sure if both verbally and physically but we could at least hear yelling).
Absolutely a very great experience .The food was very tasty and cooked to profession.Everyone was very helpful in bringing our order out to the table. Our server Tyler was awesome. ☺,he was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Yes I reccomend the Chili's in Cordova Germantown.
Food was good, service was ok restaurant Nasty!.But the reason I'm leaving a review they allowed loud nasty rap music spewing the word pu... over the restaurant and I had my child there couldn't believe it.Straight up Ghetto I will never dine at this location ever again!
We got there just b4 closing and received awesome service by the lady at the bar. She was very nice and was attentive. My food was good as well.
I don’t usually give reviews, but during Covid I see that everyone seems to be struggling and it’s hard to find staff. But I just wanted to say the staff that helped us tonight were ALL amazing!!! They were fast with their service, and the food tasted great as too. Thanks everyone for helping my 10 year old have a great birthday. ☺️
Worst experience of dine in at Chili’s on Germantown Road.Some dishes were fine, especially the Mexican corn, bean fajita and cheese quesadilla. Cheddar Bites were a bit salty, the ice tea was too sweet. But the server said that the last bar order was till 9:30pm. The bar attendant when asked for a margarita at 9:20 then asked me to wait while making drinks for a couple already seated at the bar and when it was 9:30, told me that they take last order for drinks at 9 pm. The server didn’t serve water even when asked and reminded thrice.
