Good food. Outrageous prices & too many hidden fees. Rude hostess/servers with nasty attitudes
My first order through Uber Eats and I picked a # 1 WINNER!!! DELICIOUSLY AWESOME!!!As you can see from the pics, both sandwiches came with generous portions of meat and my choice of fixings.The sandwich buns were soft and so fresh!I ordered the Fried Catfish and Chicken Philly sandwiches.Thank Youuuuuu for Your services Uber Eats and Chicken Coop (Memphis). ?
I've passed this place multiple times. The signage outside works. FYI. I would have never stopped unless I saw all the advertisement on the windows. I finally came in... I usually post a photo but I ate it before I could. I ordered inside. Y'all... food took NO TIME! Customer Service was excellent. Food was amazing!! Chicken tenders were just that... tender. Catfish was bomb.com. Wings were actually on point. The regular hot wasn't too hot. I was truly impressed. Prices weren't ridiculous. I fed a family of 4 four under $60. I will definitely be back!
This location is beyond ridiculous they really do not cater to customers I don’t know how they are still operating. I try to support black owned businesses but they make it extremely difficult. If you order a sauce for your hot wing it’s an additional charge I mean why….. if that’s the case you should just sale fried chicken. I also tried to place an order over the phone and was told to buy a 30 piece I had to pay over the phone… Have on line ordering then I don’t feel comfortable giving my card number over the phone and what about a cash paying customer I guess they will have to endure coming ordering and waiting forever for wings. This is where the city falls short. And they also charge you to pay them using your card I mean wth pay you to take my money…..
Get the pork chop sandwich or fish sandwich and thank me later. This place is awesome. Oh, and my wife loves the fried chicken livers.

Just walked out of this establishment and the staff attitude is very rude and nasty .. I ordered over the phone had to wait an hour in total time . The last thing I expect is for the staff to slam my food on the counter just because I said I was waiting that amount of time is very unprofessional. I come here and have referred plenty of people .. I don’t have to spend my money for bad customer service .. PERIOD
My experience is with the Olive Branch Coop.I ordered on line pick up at 5ish I was there few minutes before 5pm. Paid on line with CC total order was $79.70. Walked to door, note on door said closed on Mondays due to chicken shortage. Yelp note said CLOSED. NEVER GOT MY FOOD - NEVER GOTTEN A CREDIT - NEVER RETURNS CALLS - TO BUSY TO TALK. The guy there is RUDE A LIAR and HORRIBLE. Put me in a real HARDSHIP & INCONVENIENCE. Had a death in family & I was feeding the family that night. I was an hour late but SHOUT OUT TO BUFFALO WILD WINGS. Explain whole situation to the gentleman he accommodated, expedited, discounted gave me a coke (I was in a panic) and assured me he was handling everything. He did just that professionally with GREAT customer service. No More Chicken Coop for me nor my family and friends. Just Do The What’s Right Refund My Money. PAID FOR FOOD YET GOT NO FOOD. CLOSED SHORTAGE OF CHICKEN.
