First time going here in a few months, and I ordered a Chicken sandwich combo and 8 count nugget. The sandwich wasn't good at all and it wasn't cooked all the way.. The fries and nuggets weren't fresh either. They are usually on point but I guess by me coming late, I can't be upset because most places don't serve fresh food when it's close to closing time.
Love my nuggets and Polynesian sauce. Can never go wrong with them two!
This location hit or miss, but I still go back because it's convenient.
I paid $9.48 for a kids meal that is 5.89. I went thru the drive-thru paid for my meal using app. I realized afterwards that I overpaid. I called and spoke with a manager at 1:21pm, advised that I wanted a refund for the overpaid item. He gave me a promotional gift card, I asked if I can transfer to Chick-fil-A app. He said, yes. I tried to scan the card and transfer it, it didn't work. I called them back and I sat here for 1 HOUR trying to get it fix. I literally wanted a refund for the overage paid amount. This is absolutely unacceptable. I called back and spoke with the office manager lady, she sent him back out and come out stating "I suppose to keep receipt so I can put m your money back on your Chick-fil-A card." It was 2:22pm when this happened!!! I asked for my receipt, so I can file compliant online. This is unacceptable and the worst Chick-fil-A experience ever!!!
Only offering drive thru and curb pickup. At 930 am the drive thru was backed up and moved very slow. Maybe because they have 25 curb side pickup stations that were all full. When we finally got towards the front the car in front of us took forever. Couldn’t figure out if the employee was super chatty or the people didn’t know what they wanted. When it was our turn the employee blamed the car in front of us for placing 50 orders, but when they got their food they got only one bag. Think the employee was exaggerating a bit and leaning toward the slow down was because she was super chatty. Finally got our food, we spent 25 minutes in the drive through and my order was wrong. Ordered the biscuit with eg, cheese and sausage and got it in a English muffin instead. Super disappointing.
Food good price to hi but survice was nice
Drive thru only..but they made a mistake and gave us 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and we didnt order that, walked in got what we ordered and they made it right. Still dont like to waste
The place is quite.and can find what ever the things we need
This Chick-Fil-A was in the mall. Not was good as a stand alone restaurant.
They are open for dine in again. They have really great food and the service is good.
