I placed a 12 count grilled chicken nugget order and also a 12 count regular nugget order. When I received my order I noticed right away that it was 2 12 count regular nuggets. Which is problematic because I have a gluten allergy and I'm not able to have breaded chicken. I explained that to the drive thru attendant who said " no problem. We'll get that sorted out. And that he couldn't take the nuggets back so I put them back in the bag" the manager I believe her name was Jad
It was a total madhouse in the parking, more so than usual. I think everyone is too eager to start the weekend. I just wish the parking lot was laid out better for super crowded times. It’s pretty bad!!Service was crazy busy but super kind and efficient. These guys have to be in order to deal with the craziness of rush hour.
I love Chick Fil A when it comes to eating fast foods. Especially since the pandemic, they had moved to the next level in terms of drive-through handling capacity, which is fast and flawless. This is another usual location where you will get all the goodness of chick Fil A food and their service. I stopped by for my quick dinner. The staff work outside to take orders. Cars move fast and they even deliver it to the hand before you reach to the window! Perfecto! The food is also same. I love the spicy sandwich.
Ive done drive through and Curbside at this location. Impressed with how many cars they move - its impressive, but I understand its also Chic-Fil-A and they have alot going on.Foods always been good and staff has been courteous.Curbside was actually impressive for how many positions they have here and they use push carts to bring out as much as possible with the runners.Oh, and they have Cherry Coke!
Lines are long as usual but no way you could move through that much traffic at any other restaurant that fast. I was surprised at how fresh everything was since it was so close to closing time. I love that you can get grilled chicken options that late at night from a fast food place. Keep up the good work. P.S......please return to fresh squeezed lemons for your lemonade, we can tell the difference!
One the best chicken sandwich in the country. Is so organized. Teenagers taking your order, reading back for Accuracy,taking your card rolling up to the window with you food hot and fresh. A good family friendly atmosphere.
Chick - fil a is every where. It is cheep and easy to get. It is also awesome for children, or if we are busy. They have amazing employees that provide great service. One problem is that the chicken is not Halal and they have pork.
This was just a horrible experience I waited over 12 minutes for large fry and macaroni they asked me to drive up and wait while everyone was getting full orders. I said no I'm not gonna pull up I'm just waiting on fries and macaroni what is taking so long. I heard the manager tell someone to tell me that I can go if I want to but my macaroni was ready. I ask for my refund and would happily leave. Then asked the manager excuse me but please speak with me if you need something because I did ask for a refund. She repeated that my macaroni was ready but waiting on my fries. I told her that I have seen several fry orders go out and they have served 8 orders behind me with fries. She proceeded to say they were medium fries not large fries. I told her that didn't even make any sense. She then gave me my order after waiting for 18 minutes for fries and macaroni it was awful!
If I could I would give this location 0 stars!! They are rude, no one never comes to check on your order when you do curbside. You have to yell or get rude with the employees. I would never give this location my money but I do DoorDash there and recently stopped because of how rude and unprofessional they are. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO YOUR JOB GO FIND ANOTHER!!!!!
The drive-thru was long but moved quickly with good service and care. The food tasted great and was what we expected. Consistent with other Chick-fil-A restaurants I've been to throughout the US.
