Everything was going great until they left us standing there waiting for a frozen lemonade. We stood there for about 10 minutes before someone even looked our way. The lady that was supposed to be bringing us our drink completely forgot about us and just kept working. Maybe the drive thru is better but i dont know.Just go to a different chikfila honestly.??♀️
Placed my order at 8:57 PM through the app which is always been helpful when I did breakfast. Unfortunately today or should I say tonight was definitely not a good idea. I arrived there was no indication of how to get to the area to pick up my order by via number. Instead I had to wait in line for almost 8 minutes because drive-through gets crowded at night I did wait patiently. Unfortunately once I dig it around to where the numbers were located at and where I could park had to wait an additional 10 minutes before deciding to go to the door. As I’m approaching the door one of the attendants outside tells me that they’re closed on the inside and I wouldn’t be able to go in unless I was door dash or one of the pick up services doing deliveries. I then informed her I placed the order through the app and she acts as if she had no clue that Chick-fil-A had an app you can order, cater and get a delivery through! That’s a big wow but once I got inside I informed him of what the order was and J security guard was nice enough to check for me with the team on staff about my order. They then began to check to find out where the order was only not even half of my order was done. No drinks 1/2 of a meal is still missing but it was OK for somebody to put half an order up of two combos that doesn’t make sense. I didn’t had to wait here again to find out that the cool wrap they no longer had HighC fruit punch maybe longer head ok I wasn’t there some type of indication or some way of trying to place a refund back to the account or at least inform me. Altogether I spent close to 25 to 30 minutes waiting for a food order they’re even going through drive-through waiting would’ve taken 15 minutes. It was really 2 1/2 stars but unfortunately Google doesn’t have that algorithm developed yet. If not for management stepping up as well as J it would not have gotten the score currently has.
i ordered doordash delivery & there was a mix up & someone grabbed my order. when my doordasher tried to get my order corrected & delivered within my scheduled time, the workers told her “they didn’t feel like making me another order & i should call doordash to get a refund” GHETTO! UNPROFESSIONAL! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! this is not my first time being inconvenienced at this location, im sick of it?
Now I love me some Chick-fil-A but, the frosty lemonade machine has been down the last 2 times that I visited!???
Not the best Chick-fil-A out there but it's OK atleast. Just be careful if driving to the drive thru bcus the parking lot is completely destroyed w/ 12in deep potholes that will take out your tires n alignment
Food was nasty and room temperature the staff had attitudes. The people at the front counter couldn't count and when the manager came up to help she had to pull her phone out to count also. $31 and some change from $40. This is why it is important to pay attention In math class smh.
Friendly, fast. I ordered grilled chicken sandwich with side salad and coke. Got home and had a DIET Coke and no mayo for sandwich. Why do waiters assume because you want grilled chicken and salad you want a diet soda? The sugar in the soda is better than the artificial sweetener health wise and is a better choice between the two evils. Awful taste, couldn't drink it! My grandson liked the chicken nuggets but not the waffle fries. I tasted them and said, "no salt". I see why he didn't like them. I still like the place. I'll just have to emphasize my Coke is NOT diet when I order grilled chicken and a salad. Maybe I should just get sweet tea. Sweet being key word.
I couldn't believe how fast that drive thru line was moving forward. Fast & friendly service along with well prepared food. I will definitely be returning soon & often.
The grilled chicken cobb without corn & avocado lime ranch dressing is phenomenal!!! I also got 2 large orders of the grilled chicken nuggets to make a stir fry for new years. I created a dish with yellow rice, snow peas, carrots, asparagus, minced garlic, fresh basil, fresh Dill weed,, curry, 1 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup orange marmalade. After you have stir fried then add grilled chicken nuggets. Totally the best nuggets at Chick-fil-A to create any exceptional dish!! Bon Appetite!
