Placed our App order. Got in car line. At order point said all was good. Got to window and since "breakfast was over" they didn't have what we ordered. Since I had pre ordered well before the 10:30 cutoff it should have been filled. Then I shouldn't have been told at the order mic that all was good to be told later that it wasn't. Chic Fila is our go to but this was not handled well.
Always a long line, but they use some kind of magic to make it move super fast. They also seem to have some of the best employees ever.At the end of a long day, the last thing I want to do is make another decision. So I pulled up and said I want a pair of really good meals. She didn't miss a beat and made a perfect recommendation. My wife and I enjoyed it very much.I've pulled that stunt many places. This is the first time they were ready for me. All other fast food places take note. This is how you do it.
VERY SLOW first chick fil a I’ve ever been too that I’ve had to wait for 30 plus mins in line the worst chick fil a in memphis, will never come back too this location ever

As usual, the service was amazing. The grilled nuggets had to be cooked so the wait was longer than expected, but the food was fresh and hot. The dining room was fairly clean for the amount of traffic. Great experience!
I ordered 2 Grilled chicken egg and cheese biscuits, was asked twice to confirm it was Grilled Chicken and Egg Biscuits, only to receive two wheat english muffins grilled chicken and egg whites.. Chicken was dry and eggs were just whites.. understand that it could have been another order confused with mine. But this was just a fail on all fronts. Usually have great service with Chick-fil-a.. but this was a complete miss.
Always consistent in Excellent customer service displayed to the public. The employees are personable and professional unlike many places in Memphis/Germantown where the people working are obviously not happy with their job/their life- you name it-- and it shows in their total lack of concern for customers and in their mediocre job performance. Chick - Fil-A seems to be the exception to that experience. The food is good. The service is great and the employees extend themselves further for customers- more than most food places I've seen. That's why the street is backed up for people wanting to eat their food. They are a GOOD Example of successful and merit-earned profit. They will CONTINUE to make a profit-- EVEN IF-- in spite of being closed on Sundays. Keep up the good business!! Keep on doin what you DO--- Thank you, Mark Key
Always busy, but the line is very fast. Customer service and food are good, but the lot is so small that the line spills into the street most days at lunch time. Best to avoid peak times.

I ordered from this location on November 30th and had to wait a while in line for someone to come and confirm my order as I had ordered through the mobile app. When she came she confirmed and told me to move up. Then another person runs to my car and is like oh sorry breakfast is over so you have to cancel the order. I canceled it through the app and got out of line. I am being refused my refund because of past complaints I have made which were VALID. I eat at this location about twice a week so the complaints in comparison to what I order is MINIMAL. I was treated as though I was uneducated by the owner Joe and I’m going to ensure as many people as I can know about it!
