I tried their new grilled chicken sandwich with bacon cheese and BBQ sauce. It was good. It's price is a little more than the spicy chicken sandwich meal that I usually get. Yes, it's worth the price!? And as always, the service was good.
They are super efficient and get your order ready quickly. The kids working the drive thru were all very polite and respectful. They also had wonderful attitudes and seemed like they actually care about their jobs!

First time I went the lines (2) were almost out to the street. I'd say about 30 cars in front of me. Was driving off in 10 mins of arriving with my order. Very fast AND friendly! Ive been back several times and have had nothing but excellent service. They act like they're sooo happy you're there, unlike all the other fast food places who always have an attitude. These other places need to take notes from CFA!!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!?
This has to be the worst Chick FIL in Memphis! My grill chicken sandwich must have been put together by a 3 year old, the chicken was extremely dry & cold! The last time I will be going to that one. To think, I've never had a bad experience at a chick fila!

Best one I have been too. Love they do not have a traditional drive thorough window. Instead they have an automatic door allowing them to serve several cars at once regardless your place in line.
I always like the excellent customer service that I have experienced at any Chick -fil-A that I have gone to. This one is a new one that has opened since the pandemic. I like the outdoor covering with fans and heaters they provide for their employees.
Newest chick-fil-A in Memphis. They are doing great things here. Same great service you’d expect from a Chick-fil-A. The food is great too. If you pull up and the line is wrapped around the building don’t leave, they handle the crowds with ease and superior customer service.
This is a new store in our city. This was my second visit this week (it was on Christmas Eve) and I must say it was an Excellent experience from beginning to end. Friendly and Kind Employees!!
